Please give me reasons why should i watch this and why is it trending so much?
It's watchable and enjoyable. The hyping movement is bolstering the rating. People like to jump into the hype train bc it brings people together and that's just fine. I expect it to simmer down soon or become more tempered though bc this isn't quite as amazing as all that buzz leads us to believe. But of course reception depends on experience, background, preferences, and fandom. Lol I can't believe I wrote this much
can we at least increase the rating of the show? who made such fool judgement with 8.3 rating?? wth!! this drama…
hyping movements are killing this site's credibility. Ratings should be organic and individual. Organized fandoms belong to k-pop and let's pls leave it there.
after seeing the spoilers I don't think I want to finish it. At this point all I want to know is do we find out…
Gold was not missing after all lol the cat had it and gives it to In Hae in the last episode. All that worry for money and they didn't even make a happy turn in the plot by finding the gold.
The ratings for each episode ranges between 8.8 - 9.1. Yet the overall rating is 7.6. I don't get it. This is…
People are disappointed with the ending and give 1/10 punishment ratings. Which I think is entirely understandable. The writer and producers clearly must have known the disappointment would be this big or if they didn't know, they def need to visit MDL asap.
The ending was not suited for the genre and the expectations created in the storyline. This was entertaining in the beginning, but got quite boring and lost its initial steam around the 4th episode. It wasn't bad and Taecyeon was great as Seon Woo Hyeol. (He really needs better roles now). I am glad I watched this while it streamed, otherwise I'd have been tempted to drop. It irritated me so much that they didn't even try to transmit *any* of In Hae's blood to Woo Hyeol but just trusted that she must die or Woo Hyeol must die. And In Hae being a nurse made that doubly stupid. The plot could have centered more on looking for the lost gold. Yoon So Hee didn't deserve the bitchy crazy woman role, with none of her background given even with a lot of screentime. I think a 7.6 rating is quite fair (although I do understand 1/10 punishment ratings since the writer and producers clearly must have known the disappointment would be this big).
Hwang Min Hyun is still the same deer in the headlights as he was in the Alchemy of Souls. Flustered and clueless expressions suit this drama but I wish more talented actors were chosen for lead roles.
That's another fave drama stolen by Disney+ after Dr. Romantic. It's predatory behavior from Disney, robbing a fave series from the fans. I have no shame in watching it from an illegal streaming site, because Disney+ wouldn't make this available outside of APAC countries anyway. Def not interested in the rest of the Disney crap, only k-dramas.
I am not understanding you- what exactly was a copy-paste of events? Which part of the drama is incoherent? I…
The point of being in this site: you'll learn how reception differs from one person to another. Don't expect that you can dictate what others see or experience bc you can't. What you can do is create a buzz around a drama and unfortunately such buzz movements can uplift even very lacking dramas to Baeksang awards levels. I don't think the storytelling in My Dearest has been compelling so far, there's something severely lacking but then again I've only watched 400+ k-dramas. I'm not right or wrong in this opinion. I just find that there is smt lacking in My Dearest and not ready to say it's a masterpice, yet. It might be but not based on the first 4 episodes. I expect more in the continuation.
