This is a really written drama. It's also sympathetic and not boring for a minute despite the lenght. The found family trope never fails. It's satisfactory that the bad guys get their punishment and even more satisfactory that there's forgiveness and character growth in the end. All the characters are multidimensional, we get to know and like them despite their flaws and weaknesses.
I just can’t connect with this FL. she is too boring and why does she keep taking same character in different…
I agree, she's sleepwalking through this role. I liked both her and Song Kang in Love Alarm though. The thing here in MDL is that's obviously not okay to criticize FLs without the gender warfare warriors shooting arrows at you.
The story is a bit similar with My Unfamiliar Family. But My Unfamiliar Family is better for the genre melodrama.…
the parents were always together in My Unfamiliar Family. I think My Unfamiliar Family is a way better family drama, serious and realistic but warm-hearted.
This could easily have been 16 episodes (I never thought I'd say this bc most 16 ep dramas have lots of filler moments). Jo Aram did very well. Jung Moon Sung was good in the villain role, he portrayed none of the usual boring villain antics.
I'd disagree, there is no violation of privacy here. This is merely what they have shared via their agency, so…
the overall situation is that actors and idols are hunted like animals and have zero privacy. That's something you assist if you read celebrity gossip.
An entertaining action comedy. Def worth watching. My only complaint is, they didn't have to burn that much money,…
The end scene reference to Narco Saints with Jonathan was not very good as most people may not be familiar with Narco Saints (pls watch if you haven't, it's a 10/10 drama or extended movie).
An entertaining action comedy. Def worth watching. My only complaint is, they didn't have to burn that much money, as this is in no way anything extraordinarily good. 8.5. for lazy summer days.
I always seem to prefer small indie films over the big budget box office hits. This one was really worth watching,…
The description of the film being about revealing secrets or emotional turmoil is not accurate. People come to the guest house and get some distance to their past lives and new beginnings. It's all very harmonious with good vibes.
I always seem to prefer small indie films over the big budget box office hits. This one was really worth watching, a nice little film. Nothing earth-shattering, but enjoyable. 8.5/10.
I'm kinda hesitant to watch this show. Aside from having only 8 episode which I thought would make everything…
I agree with you. If Kim So-hyun's next role is in a similar drama she will turn into a parody of herself (I see scenes in this drama where she didn't really concentrate or try to do her best). My expectation was that she'd be really good with a better ML than in My Lovely Liar but that's not the case.
Can't look at Yun Ji-on without thinking about My Lovely Liar (which I hated). (Obv. it's also because it's with…
I can't forget how disgusting he was when he was picking his nose in Tomorrow. I doubt I'll ever like him whatever the role. Kim So-hyun's acting is kind of stale, the role is too similar to My Lovely Liar.
Congrats. The most out of context comment I've ever seen in MDL and that's a huge win if you understand how crazy…
You're a fool if you think your vote matters. Only thing that would matter is that everybody stayed at home and then watched the end result be the same. But fools do vote and therefore permanent state just a diffrent dog on a short leash.
