Title Doona!
Slice of life drama with a very carefully built slightly melancholic ambience. Fantastic acting from Suzy and Yang Se Jong. This reminded me of Age of Youth, which I like a lot. Especially the second couple. Maybe it was somewhat difficult to relax bc from the beginning it was kinda clear there would be no happy ending. But all the time I when I was watching I was getting Breakfast at Tiffanys vibes. There were definitely similarities, but that just made me appreciate this drama more. Especially Yang Se Jong's character was very similar to Breakfast at Tiffany's male lead, outsider-ish, ordinary and rooted. Suzy's character was unconventional and slighly unbalanced like Audrey Hepburn in BaT. Also, both were tied to a man from their pasts. I really enjoyed this a lot and I think the writer and director created a very good, unconventional k-drama. I'd give a Daesang for Suzy for her role. I know more trashy and popular dramas will get the awards make the headlines, but I guess that's okay, since this was just right for me. 9/10

It's perfectly fine if you found the show unwatchable, but if you only stopped after the second episode, how come…
it's a comment. This a comment section. Why are you even asking.

this drama is such a hard watch tbh, the characters have such exaggerated, forced expressions, and its lacking…
FLs acting is directly from afternoon children's programs. Amateurish. Unwatchable. This drama is a toddler story hour. But oddly enough a toddler story hour mixed with a drug traffic plot. And when the adult cop is supposed to be smitten with someone who comes across as a 15 year old (max) and retarded, it gets very weird indeed. Wouldn't want the stuff the writer is on lol.

He may not be the classic evil villain, but he can't be the hero either. No matter the reason, he killed too many…
You are extremely rude.

Tagon was sent to fight the war by his father. He was never welcome in Arthdal when he was young. He struggled and suffered and did what he had to do. The drama is not about one being a hero and one being a villain. As in Six Flying Dragons, Lee Bang Won is both a hero and a villain and Jeong Do Yeon is both hero and villain.

Title The Worst of Evil Spoiler
The majority of the viewers of this show, in my opinion, are unaware of its genre. like this isn’t a romcom
it's an interesting phenomenon. Like, everyone writes their own drama based on what they are watching. Sometimes they care about genre rules and conventions and sometimes not :) We can live with the diversity of reception. But of course I agree, there's zero romance in this drama and building ships or getting anxious about potential cheating is more out of place than in place. And it's interesting that potential for nonmarital close contact is the hot moral issue when a cop can beat people to a bloody mush without being punished. The key question imo is was that Junmo's breaking bad moment.

8.7 TW beating 8.6 WOEInterestingCome on WOE fans
Pls. These are completely different genres. Both are excellent in their own genres. TW is fun with a heart, WOE is suspense, action, thriller. I choose both.

Hi guysLoved episodes 9 and 10. The tension was there. The fight between Euseom and Tagon was great. So many things…
In S1 Tagon didn't want to kill Arthdal people. It was a bit unfair for Eunseom to say only he has a plan for Arthdal bc in S1 also Tagon had the same plan. Faced with enemies left and right he had to fight to rise into his position and the past haunts him and broke him. Tagon is not a villain but a key character. In S1 Eunseom was just a naive and innocent boy wanting to save his own Wahan tribe. The 8 years gap made him grow and also get into a war mode where Tagon had to be all his life. They're not all that different anymore. When Eunseom rules Arthdal, he will become another Tagon. I'm sure that's what the writers have in mind.

Sin yu should just leave her there to die. There's no defending this type of stupidity. Your boyfriend was stabbed…
love this comment. and she knows the cops are on the way but doesn't yell or scream to let them know where she is. How difficult is it to scream. But the worst moment was when she was just watching Shin Yu bleeding from the stabbing.

This is a romantic melodrama stop been toxic, everything about the plot and character don’t have to be real…
if people express their criticisms, it's babytalk to call them toxic or haters. You must appreciate the fact that this a comment section and not a fansite. Write your own review in your own language, in your own line, and do not attack others. People at work do not gossip or have crushes, unless they're mentally still middle schoolers. Maybe at McDonalds, but the people in the drama have uni degrees and they are adults with real careers.

You just described most romance Kdramas and every romance Cdrama.
I have watched 450 k-dramas, you've watched 45. I can tell you what you say is not true. Cdrama, I don't watch.

Person Noh Ji Sul
Destined With You. Portrays adult professional women being in each others hairs and fighting over men. The representation of women in her drama was antiquated. Women gossiping, being bitches to each other, having teenager-ish crushes on men, even casting love spells. I don't know how much more the writer could have underestimated the intelligence of the audience. Maybe she had a writer team and they got carried away with the worst ideas and mistaking very bad ideas for fun ideas. It's just clear to me that the writer hasn't been working in a real workplace ever.

Enjoyed the drama bc Rowoon. But the fun is all gone when they portray adult professional women being in each others hairs and fighting over men. The representation of women in this drama has been antiquated. Women gossiping, being bitches to each other, having teenager-ish crushes on men, even casting love spells. I don't know how much more the writer could have underestimated the intelligence of the audience. It's just clear to me that the writer hasn't been working in a real workplace ever. Everything about the FL's workplace team was superannoying.

I haven't seen Island, but indeed he's a versatile actor and a good actor. Has developed his skills so much since Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung. Also he's a born comedian, just totally hilarious in Hit the Top. Good Day to be a Dog is not a serious drama, but the way he expresses emotions in the drama is enjoyable to watch.

This storyline with a traditional kdrama production would have been an all timer. Still a huge fan of this but…
would really have been the greatest ever

I think your theory is right, Eui Jung will probably die and that's how they end up working together
