I dont understand the point of pointing that out when people complain about dramas all the time including those on this site. International viewers also protested the drama before release too . This drama is well received in South Korea and the actors are getting lots of praise. Please stop focusing on the minor negatives.

The original article say “ 선배님” which translates to senior. He is her senior in the industry. 선배 isnt about age at all. So there is no mistranslation. Also pretty sure other articles here about this drama casting already mentioned they worked together

Im looking forward to a new PBY. I felt both project the characters and how she expressed them started blending into each other. Her acting started to feel the same leaving the script to do the work. I want to see more expressive roles regardless of genre. We need a evil PBY or something at this point

In general how many projects you have isn't what puts you into "new" category. Most of the time being nominated for the first time (at that awards show) makes you "new". Unless your performance was groundbreaking pushing you to main award.

Its' confusing at DCA, but here there is no supporting actress/actor awards. So YHR is considered a "new lead" actress since her role was not lead actress, but she stood out performance wise without being lead and so she is nominated there.
