Despite how huge the mountain is, they still managed to bury the box right in front of the professor🙄. Those"bad guys" always inexplicably showing up at just the "right" moment...How lucky they are!

Overall, it was entertaining, but there are three things that continue to bother me:
1. All the progress made in the case was thanks to the professor and her deductions, not the police and their work. In addition to being incompetent, I don't know why they insist on going everywhere with their sirens blaring, always giving the killer an advantage to escape.
2. I don't know what the professor—so clever—was thinking when she went off alone to act as bait without telling anyone. She had nothing to defend herself with except the whistle that no one would hear in the middle of nowhere. If it hadn't been for the killer/coroner who deduced her intentions after seeing the interview and warned the police, she would be dead and the copycat killer would have gotten away.
3.-The protagonist, upon returning definitively to the past, is not going to do anything to prevent future murders? Is he going to let the coroner live a happy murdering life?

This is not just a problem in Thailand. It happens everywhere. Without proof, there isn't much you can do. Besides, money, power and most of all the establisment almost always prevail.

There are two separated (but related) events:
1. the rape (which Saint found about just now by reading the diary)
2. the suicide attemp (due to the blackmail that forced him into filming porn)

She always appears out of nowhere when her husband is confronted by Ice but never when her husband grooms, rapes or films a student.
There is no greater blindness than that of those who do not want to see.

Don't try to turn me into someone I'm not. I don't despise other cultures. As I mentioned in another comment, some old men in my country (not in Asia) also do the pinky nail thing, and I still find it disgusting.
By the way, just FYI, there's more to the world than Asia and America, so maybe you should practise what you preach.
