Personally, i don't think of this drama as depressing and if you are worried about the ending it also has a good/happy ending ^^

Yes there is bromance in this drama and to be honest there is a lot of it. The bromance that stood out to me was between lee sung gyu and park jung woo, alos park jung woo and Shin chul shik and last but not least woo byung joo and chun pil jae. However there are much more bromance relationships which will grow onto you but it would take to long to list them all, haha. If you liked the devil judge i am almost a hundred percent sure you will love this one too
