i’m actually convinced they’re going to make pio and jeongyo canon by the end. the kiss is just a cover up for what’s to come. you can clearly see how pio only loves jeongyo

art is subjective so interpreting a relationship between two characters is harmless i dont see why it is a problem for people. if i see romatic subtext in a series , that is my personal interpretation

omg finally someone who noticed the candles. plus we see his mom praying with a candle lit in her room in one scene. the subtext & symbolism in that auditorium scene was wild

do you know that art is subjective? and people unlike you clearly know how to grasp a subtext that the director obviously DECIDED to put. there would be no need to sprinkle in romantic scenes like the bus scene , the lit auditorium scene if the director was not trying to portray and establish a certain mood & relationship between the two lead characters

wouldn’t you consider the possibility that both nuances can exist. there would be no need to cater every scene they have with a romantic vibe (the candles, the bus scene). if the director decided to do that don’t you think they wanted to portray them as having a romantic interest for each other

if that train scene were between a man & a woman wouldn’t you atleast think it’s kinda romantic? oh let’s also talk about the candle piano playing scene, like tell me how is that not considered romantic?

i smell the tragic plot twists coming from a mile away. also the romantic subtext between the two male leads is insane, i love their bond so much
