After watching 20 episodes, it's sad that it seems like the main leads don't have a lot of screen time, especially Ren Jia Lun. I get the plot has them separated for a long time, but it makes the drama drag a bit
I binged watched all 24 episodes in 48 hours and I have NEVER FALLEN SO HARD for the main leads nor have I have I ever cried so much in a drama before. SO GOOD
I just binge read and finished the novel...there's a lot of content and some changes (different than the series so far) but am interested to see how they're going to connect everything. But overall I loved the novel! A lot of twists and turns
I rated based on the first 6 episodes. Watched them raw and am a Chinese speaker
Haha, learning any language can be hard but can be done. Don't give up! If you don't want to go the traditional route (taking classes, apps, finding a tutor, etc.) I would recommend starting from watching children's shows in Chinese and trying to learn that way!
The first four episodes were so good and Ren Jia Lun's acting is 10/10! Haven't found a drama that makes me want to watch the next episodes in quite awhile
dear Jupiterrules, the genre of the drama is fantasy. i think this genre is not for you. coz seemed that you didnt…
I think OP is complaining about the directing/editing which I agree that it was hard to follow with the scenes changing abruptly and storyline flowing super fast. One min the crown prince was a country bumpkin and next he's leading an army to fight off the enemy. Seems a bit rushed
I was so excited for another Croton Media drama but this drama has been really disappointing so far. The love story between ML and FL just isn't clicking for me and the storyline is all over the place! Maybe it's just cause they're trying to set up the main story, but man....I had high hopes for this drama
