True. However, I've noticed an increase of "green flag guys" in romance dramas like True Beauty, Lovely Runner, Unwritten Soul, etc. I was just expecting it to continue moving forward, but this drama took a step back to the 2000-2010's. Idk, it's not a huge deal since it's fiction, but I was disappointed a little bit that's all. I will continue to watch this because despite all of that it's an interesting drama.

He threw her hard work in the pool. How's that not toxic? She and her colleagues worked OT to have those papers ready. And also, he put her in a dangerous situation working outside, couldn't sleep for 5 days. It ended early but the deal was 5 days no sleeping.

Idk if I like the ML anymore. I was under the impression he was gonna be the one who reveal to the world what Baek Ah Ji has done and who she is (because the end of ep 4). But he’s just doing the same he used to before ep 4. Being a simp and a cuckold. Unless the whole speech at the end of ep 4 was just about the book he wrote? idk I’m kinda disappointed.

The things she does are morally wrong. Can you sympathize with a serial killer just because they were abused as a kid? I can not. However, it’s just fiction and it’s a breath of fresh air among a bunch of romance or cop/lawyers shows. The way I see it, I can’t help but root for the ML who is kinda trying to cure her and make her live a normal life as a normal human being. I’m enjoying it.

Solid 8/8.5 for me. But I have a few questions. How come on the last few episodes she shows no emotion (when her grandma passed and when Iblis bowed his head) but a few episodes before that she has tears in her eyes and is very emotional? (I think it was the episode she falls off a cliff?) Did Iblis come back as powerful as he was or he’s just a regular genie now? I think someone said she came back as Shaytan instead? She came back with emotions now or she’s still a psycho with no emotions? Pretty sure she cried as a genie with the fireworks, but they still called her a psycho.

They use bible verses all the time! And crosses and images. You don’t see christians complaining because it’s fiction. Learn to separate them I guess.

Again, as long as it isn’t yours. They’re heavily inspired by christianism and they both have evil characters turning good or doing good things which was one of the problems brought up by muslims regarding how the drama portrayed Ibilis.
