Not worth the hype
Just can't get into this. Hit my limit at episode three on three occasions.The pantomime ambiguity for ambiguity's sake is all the show appears to offer.
Genuinely hard to like the characters when they seem so 2D, as such, any tension falls flat.
The cringey "dark atmosphere" the show relies upon doesn't make up for well-executed world building, direction or writing.
Perhaps it's a slow build, but I do like plenty of slow burns...this just doesn't have a single hook to keep me watching.
