Yeah. It’s apparently the sequel. I am still pissed they didn’t do the entire novel the first time around. Zhao liying signed being told the entire story would be done. She was apparently very angry when it wasn’t.
The characters in the novel start very young. She’s 8/9 (though it’s transmigration so her real age is over 20) and he’s around 14/15

Lgx was approximately the same age as Rui when they filmed princess agents.
