Damn.. I was right. I knew to make them eventually putting Jayeon with CEO to make sense they would have to destroy Ha Jun’s character and they did just that. There sadly was no other way. She would have never fell for the CEO if not.

I am sadly guessing she winds up with CEO as well because he is the 2nd ML. and the Spin off. and Just the way it has been edited. But as I have said before none of those make it necessarily a good thing for it to happen. Could it change? yeah. But it’s getting late in the drama for it to happen this series imo. Especially with no positive movement seemingly coming for it in episode 8 with her seemingly telling him off in the preview. But I’m not naive. It is likely coming and it will sour what has been a great drama for me. But at least we have our main couple who I love and can hopefully salvage it with a happy ending.

Still Team Secretary for Jayeon. Hope this drama proves everybody wrong and they end up together spin off be damned. Spin Off can still exist with Jayeon and Hajun being Canon.

That would be the easiest part of the solution. Hardest part would be making it realistic for her to forgive him.

They have to make Ha Jun not interested romantically in Ja Yeon if they don’t want this to be weird imo. I have a hard time coming to terms with Ja Yeon starting to like her abuser who wished her to die hundreds of times. That would cause my love for that character to drop unless they can make that believable.

Possible. Thats my point. There needs to be some big changes for it to happen. What you described is one way it could most def. Need development.

Not a good reason to ship something imo. Just because the characters will be in something else. As of right now it’s a terrible and abusive ship that could ruin what has been a wholesome show for 6 episodes. Also isn’t Ha Jun mentioned in the synopsis for the Spin Off?

My point is.. a lot of work needs to be done if thats truly the case. They have to destroy Ha Jun’s character as well as redeem the CEO. Through half this series, no sign that Jayeon has anything feelings for the CEO. It’s people blinded by the fact they like the actors together which has nothing to do with the characters.
