As many have said judging by the lengths of the episodes they have been cut down for sure. I'm on EP 8 and I'm sure there was supposed to be a scene with Mr.Lan putting a bandage on Zhang Ping's injured arm before they got out of the well but I guess it was cut down, it's such a pity.
I just hope one day Pond and Phuwin will be directed by a good Director that can bring out their full potential and don't waste their talent with an unreasonable plot.
I have to admit I'm watching this just for Pond & Phuwin. At the beginning I was full of hope for the story and this show but I get easily bored during the episodes... like someone else in the comments pointed out there's something off about this series, adding the many plotholes... I honestly don't know if's a problem with the Director or the Screenwriter. 😢 It's a pity because Pond really improved his acting and Phuwin is already a good actor (my opinion), I just wish they could be given a decent show with a solid storyline and a good director that can really guide them, so people can finally start to appreciate them.
almost dropped this after they killed the cat in episode 6. you tell me to become '' stronger '' you need to kill an innocent animal? I agree with you on this point, but I don't think this is a good reason to drop a series that just started, wait for more episodes and see if we will get answers about this before dropping.
I need people to stop to say Phuwin looks stiff, it's the character he's portraying that have to be like this. The boy can act, people saying he can't probably have never seen another series from him (and I'm not talking about futs).
I'm probably one of the few who enjoyed the confusing trailer lol, I think it's a nice strategy and different from the usual love triangles where they tell you since the beginning who will end up with who. I can't wait to watch this!
Thyme has anger management issue and need of a therapist, the part were he burst out to Gorya was so scary and toxic; Gorya can't change him, she shouldn't change him to be a good boy when he is abusive. Seriously I can't understand people enjoying this series and still defending Thyme character. It's 2022, let's stop to normalize abusive relationship.
