She understood that Yilia is getting promotion because of 250 millions coming from her father and that was the case, just so, HR can give justification for Flora's demerits they dug up her relationship with Luke. I think main problem from Luke side is his mentality. He loves her but won't tell her, he knows she is good but still belittle her, which he do with everyone but a person can't endure insult everytime. His friends are used to it, but atleast he have to treat love of his life a little differently because, a life partner is different from Parents or friends. Many men have this mentality they belittle their wife or girlfriend and don't think they are wrong. Obviously he loves her more than she loves him because he always want her love, attention.

No, I think it's because, company wanted Yilia's father money, so they promoted her but Shang Zitao was good so, they have to dig dirt on her so that she gets silent. That's why Luan Nian said that don't tell Zitao. And he will leave for US, just so that she can stay because Yilia is good but she is not still capable to become expert that's why they talked about bending the rules for Yilia.

You all know what.....biggest problem of this drama is that makers themselves didn't separated Flora and Luke relationship from novel. In novel she behaved that way because they weren't in relationship but in drama they were, makers should have more creative and give a logical reason for Flora's actions and Luke's actions.

Your guesses are right, in book they weren't in relationship and in drama they are, but she feels inferior to him that's why and in Dony case, I think she wanted him to not do anything rash

Ya they toned down a lot from novel....I think its for good, novel was more heartbreaking..... what does Luan Nian mean that even after sleeping with for 3 years, they are exclusive for each other, he cares for her, he don't want to break up with her but he doesn't want a relationship either. He has lot of girlfriend, he didn't want anything to do with them, he himself dumped them but still he gave a name to those relationships but not with Zitao. That part was heartbreaking....it think drama version is more reasonable.
