I checked his dramas, and some of them finished filming about a year ago, just like Hidden Shadow. I don't see any particular reason why they're not airing, apart from Winner Is King. (it's shelved because of Danmei ban) I'm just speculating, but maybe Youku is giving preference to dramas with more popular actors. If you look at it, both him and Yan An are relatively new (idk about the FL though..) The reason that it's delaying because of the low reservations seems unlikely because obviously, it won't increase unless they promote it well. And they're not promoting it at all... So if that was the problem, they would've started working on it by now.. Our best hope is their upcoming drama list.. we can only wait! 😭 my fingers are crossed...

it says, Yan An's chinese social media page (xuanyi) showed his character Hua Rong Jian with date 4/5/25... so there might be hope that Hidden Shadow may be coming out on that date.. it's just a speculation tho..

Yeah, honestly, I'm so tired of the rumors... Btw, have you noticed, the ML of this drama has so many TBR dramas? And almost all of them are from Youku. He finished filming them, but Youku hasn't aired any of them. I wonder if that has something to do with the Hidden Shadow delay...

I wholeheartedly agree with you... some pages are absolutely chaotic, like a literal warzone. Why so much unnecessary hate and toxicity?! I believe we're all fortunate to have found each other here, where we can support whoever we want without any hate or judgment. 💗 I hope it remains this way, even after the drama airs....
