I always believed a palace based, historical fiction plot adhered to certain standards. The picturizations have always been dignified, subtle and implied. The Double is adhering to the same.

To refresh my memory, which historical fiction drama did you like the CP intimacy in? DO NOT include fantasy ones. Also Republican era dramas had different standards! eg: Siege in Fog
