Ok finished 21 and I have some thoughts...I was ok with YXW fighting with TTJ before, but now it's getting quite repetitive. Get mad at him when he does something wrong like kill somebody, then be nice to him again in order to complete her mission. I like YXW but I don't like how she's jumping to conclusions so often. LIke when he killed the emperor and the girl (I forgot her name)who brought him up, they were the ones who took his mother's skeletons first and stabbed him, so of course he had to retaliate. Besides, it's war so of course there will be killing and scheming involved. YXW doesn't ask first and always assumes he's in the wrong.
Btw, why did YXW go to Xiao Lin's place? Was it to figure out if TTJ was ok? It wasn't to sabotage TTJ right
Was it ever explained in the drama that she needed 9 shards to pierce TTJ? I remember the god only said a dream, a tear, and love threads. We see YXW collecting the shards, is that just related to the love threads?

Well said!!! I also like that TTJ isn't falling for her so easily and is still wary and doubtful that someone would truly love him. And I like that YXW isn't the typical female lead that falls for the male lead either. The slow burn is sooo good

Ok question - I had a feeling the whole time that the face behind the Demon King's mask would be Luo Yun Xi, and I was right. I was half expecting for Ming Ye to have a shocked reaction when he saw his own face behind the mask but he didn't lol. So do you think the face behind it wasn't actually him, but to us, the audience, it was to allude to the fact that we don't know if Tang Taijin will be good or become the demon lord?
