Did you like the original? I've only watched SHR but was thinking about watch the original.
I kind of did. The "historical" dramas are always more violent. It was more than a few years ago so I can't remember it exactly, but I think the original is slightly different from SHR. I can give you a spoiler if you want.
I've seen both versions. The original and Scarlet Heart Ryeo. SHR about smashed my heart to pieces beyond repair. I'm not sure I can stand the cruelty in this series. But so many good actors idk... oh gosh.
Sadly the last few episodes felt very rushed which is exactly what I was worried about as we approached the end…
I agree. It would have been nice to see the switch over in a more eased way. It was kind of sudden. Especially since they took 10 episodes to get there. 😢

Well that's dumb. Why would they air already seen clips with fake noises? I hate when they add things that aren't needed. We are all already obsessed...

I mean... I'm suffering just like everyone else, dying to know how it all unfolds, checking everything, everywhere, every minute of everyday for new info, BUT this is the best series I've ever seen and I don't want it to end. Even if that means I have to wait 2 more weeks. The tension from having to wait every week is too good and I have not felt this way towards a series in years.
I also wish they would do a fan screening with the cast for episode 11 & 12 or at least 1 of them. I'd pay to stream the reaction video of the cast. Does anyone know where to watch Chris and Kurt's reaction to the episodes? I thought Thai BL content was hard to find but it turns out it's harder to find Taiwanese BL info. ðŸ˜
P.S. I know I don't have to watch it on Saturday, but it's not that simple. 1. If its available there is nothing in the universe that could prevent me from watching it. 2. People who end up watching it will undoubtedly spill spoilers and post pics/clips and I can't stay offline for 2 weeks. 🙃
