I wish I enjoyed this as much as the comments seem to do! The characters just aren't doing it for me. I'm currently at ep 19 and I've grown pretty tired of them. I want to throw my laptop out of the window every time they interact because of the awkwardness. Early episodes were cute, but now I find myself skipping through their scenes just to get to the second couple.
Anyway, I think it might be me who's too dramatic and needs some kind of heartache in my dramas haha. For those who enjoy sweet, sugar-coated dramas, though, this one is a perfect fit!

So basically, the last 10 minutes show the entire timeline. For example, firstly, she tells the first guy (her bf) about the patient (second guy). Secondly, her being pregnant (with the first guy's child) was the reason why she slept in the second guy's hospital bed, ate his food, etc. And after that, they got a lot closer, if I remember correctly.
The night when the FL asked if the second guy wanted to come over she was still in a relationship with the first guy. They both have the same name so she thought it was her boyfriend calling her but it was the second guy lol (she still invited him knowing it wasn't her boyfriend).
Technically they didn't cheat on each other (I think??) but it's honestly so confusing haha.
I was unsure whether to watch it or not just because of that bad review, but I did, and I liked it. It was not the best drama I've watched, but it was light, fun and silly. Sometimes, you just need to watch something silly or "stupid" (as the review says lol). I had a few laughs and I liked the characters! I can see why people don't like it but if you're a teenage girl that likes cringy and cheesy dramas then I'd recommend it haha
