Anyone well-versed in Chinese who could clarify the translation of the flowers here??? Earlier Tingyun’s flower was translated as magnolia. Later on, Yu Jingxiu was said to like orchids. Is there supposed to be a correlation cause those are completely different flowers…

No, it wasn't Yucheng's sword. Yucheng's sword has a straight silver hilt and was displayed in Zhao Ling's office.

The sword he's been using is his own and has a curved hilt with gold accents.
