I truly love this powerful couple. During war you have to make these impulsive decisions as Changyu portrayed. Even her decision to join and help is impulsive with good intensions. We have come to see that almost everyone at war are almost like pawns to a bigger game. I understand lord Li’s perspective so much but then again the other side have no mercy and will finish everyone who gets in the way so what was better to do was to FIGHT. War often leads to sacrificed, this episode was so sad and if only changyu knows that her father begged for back up but was seen as a traitor 💔💔💔
