I'm kinda surprised no one called out 7high for always changing his words and just being a sour loser. Like, why guilt trip people for winning? And why people can be emotional only when he wants them to be? Why can't others betray people when he does the same? I never understood his logic. LOL

And yes, the prison team was strong individually, but they didn't know how play as a team. Knowing with whom to team up with and being on the page with them is as important as anything else. I'm sad Eunyu never got to team up with the others (the ones upstairs) because I feel like that would've been the best for her. She could've enjoyed the luxury of the place (at some point) had she chosen the right team...

Yeah. This is another form of entertainment, but it's still just a regular program like all the others. It's better to not assume much about the people on the program when they're actually being portrayed as particular "characters" by the production of the show.

What the wholesome. 😭 Why is this show so cute and fun? I love how supportive the members of the gym are. And Mi Ran's boss is the cutest. Such a nice guy.

Dude created a strong alliance with the right people, but also kept a low profile. He didn't do it on purpose but that's the best way to play the game (for now).

I agree with you about how it is good to have different opinions and preferences. I don't like 7high for the exact thing you said about not knowing how to lose with grace, but I don't plan to attack the guy over it.
I think the comment was referring to people who are making big jumps on who Hyun Gyu is a person just for playing a survival game (especially a show that promotes this behavior/attitude).

That's understandable. ^^ There's people that we simply don't vibe with.

I liked her since the beginning, but that interview made me like her more. I'm happy she had fun for a few days and hope she gets more of those opportunities in the future.

I liked Justin, but part of the game is knowing with whom to team up with. I feel like him, and most of the prison players, got this idea that it was an "us VS them" situation and that they couldn't mix with the others anymore.

I feel really bad for my girl Ha Rin who knew how to survive (she actually won by playing with the others), but was sent to prison because of the pieces.
I want to root for Eun Yu now, but she keeps playing with the same people even though it doesn't work.

The others are always winning and with less regrets because they chose each other. They know that they make a good team. But the ones in prison were pretty much forced to work with each other out of... trauma bonding? the best strategy would've been to try a new team after that one didn't work, tbh.

I hope that in future seasons they make more games with established roles (like the first one), so the ones from the prison and the others are forced to work together. This isn't like The Genius where people would play games and then go home for the rest of the week, and they're not living together in the same place like The Time Hotel either, the division with the prison makes a big difference.

I'm in the middle of episode 8, and I think HG is one of the main people I would like to be playing with. At least I know what I get with him. If he doesn't like me or think I'm useless, he will let me know. If he think I'm a good player he will tell me to (like him wanting to play with Ha Rim). I won't be shocked if he betrays me because he has been saying he will since day 1. Also, he won't guilt trip me for no reason (like 7high who won't let one damn person win in peace without making them feel like trash for it).

I get that he can be cold, but this isn't the time or place to be all warm and fuzzy tbh. And he may not be the emotional type, but we have seen that he can appreciate the people around him or at least repay their goodwill. That's why he gave Seo Hee the piece and that's why he told Kyuhyun he wants to keep playing with him.

I'm not gonna say I've always agreed with him or his choices, but I can't dislike the guy for not crying over people he met like four days ago and just playing the game he went there to play, tbh.

I think the only person who could never annoy anyone is So Hee, tho. 🤔 I would say 7high and Se Dol like their drama and attention a bit much sometimes.

Well, she can be like that. There's always a guy like that (now gal) and I always like them (usually they win!). The game is not about being nice and humble, imho. 😆

This is probably the first time in a show like this that I actually like ALL the participants. They get salty about losing and betrayal like everyone else, yes, but they actually PLAY the games. It isn't just one or three people playing while being followed by other six clueless people. I love how they all have their little wins and adventures and it isn't just two people carrying the show.

I also like how everyone has such different styles. Some are kinda ruthless, others play it safe, others like team play, others seem like they feel safer alone, etc.

The only thing I didn't like is how they got divided on the first day and that became the established teams (at least for the ones on the prison). I feel like there's some kind of imbalance because one group actually chose to play with each other based on skills and temporary trust, while the other team felt like they had to play with each other because they all where in prison together. But, tbh, they don't really work as a team at all. If they keep it that way they'll never win (as a team), and will keep having the death match with the same people over and over again. So new alliances will make it waaay more interesting.

Anyway my faves are Ha Rim (usually a guy is always the one being the one who tries to win by himself, I love how this time we got a smart girl that can get to the top alone), Justin (dude's a quiet winner, that's cool), So Hee (she's an even quieter winner, literally zero drama), Eun Gyul (love how straightforward and fearless she is), and probably Tinno and Kyuhyun that are pretty much just chilling and trying to have fun but also do what they need to do to survive. I also like how Ji Yeon doesn't seem to get how they get so into the game that they forget to eat or something, lmao. She knows her priorities. 😅
But, tbh, I just love them all. It's so refreshing they're all on the same level (to play) for once.

I don't get the point of this convo so I'll just clarify that "when the fat" means "when the fuck". It's a joke from a airing kdrama. I wasn't calling you fat or anything like that.
