Skipped the main plot for side characters

This show had a great premise but as the two leads began finding their way to each other, they made me dread watching the show. On the other hand, the webtoon artists Ji wan and John chef caught my eye, a couple that should have been set up from the beginning tbh. I found myself skipping all scenes unrelated to those two and essentially finished the drama happy because I ignored all the bad parts. Yes, the chef and webtoon artists' plot was a very small part of the show, but it was the best and most interesting.
This show overall felt rushed, cheap and low-quality. The production team also aired an entire episode un-edited, with boom mics, green screen, and harnesses all visible, which did not help the drama immersion in any way.
Would I recommend this show to anyway? No.
Would I consider John Jang and Ji wan one of the cutest couples ever? Yeah.
