I started this just a few hours ago and I’m now on ep10. The main question is why the hell aren’t these two people dating??? The chemistry is just oozing of in waves.
What can l say, this show was so amazing. It was everything and more. The comfort, the joy and the wait for waiting for a new episode everyday. I wish it could last forever so we can see more of them but alas all great things have to come to an end eventually. Xiguang and Lin Yusen are everything and more, green forest couple. They supported each other continuously, were always there for each other and that is wat made them more lovable. I'm so happy we had a rich x rich couple, they were on the same level and no one was paid out by the family members to stop interacting with the family (directors take note). Xiguang's family was also my favorite except that horrible father of hers, everyone else was so amazing. After divorce children are usually forgotten by the parents after divorce but that was not the case, Xiguang had family members who loved her and were always there for him. With Lin Yusen's family, as twisted as it maybe l am happy the mother kept her stance to not interact with her father because what he did was so twisted, l do hope she will not regret her decision if he is to ever pass away. I am happy they gave him a support system too with her mother, stepfather, friends and grandparents. Xiguang's university friends can all go to hell except that one friend who stuck up for her, the SML deserves a deeper space in hell too. Overall this was a good drama and l will miss my sunlight and forest couple.
One thing l have come to realize is that in another universe is that Zhuang Xu would have been the ML and Lin Yusen would be the SML. Zhuang Xu represents the poor (hope it's not offensive) who works hard all his life to give a proper future for his loved ones. Lin Yusen would be the rich one who has everything and trauma but loves the FL unconditionally. In a lot of ways Zhuang Xu reminds me of the ML from Hidden love, like l saw a comment a while back talking about how similar they are however Duan Jia Xu never belittled Sang Zhi and made her inferior just because she was well off compared to him. Zhuang Xu had to accept that Xiguang was richer than him only then could he love her, and the way he had been talking to her since they met has been absolutely atrocious because of his inferiority complex. I can never truly understand as to why Xiguang liked him so much, he was selfish, mean and downright horrible to her. I also hope Zhuang Xu heals before he gets into a relationship because men like these will get married only to leave a broken family in the future.

Zhuang Xu has a special type of audacity l only dream to have. If l had that audacity l would rule the universe. What possessed him to grab Xiguang like that and want her to break up with Yusen for him, that is peak stupidity. I'm happy she told him off in front of everyone b that was such boss girl behavior. I hope to never see him again.
