Tbh I feel Qin hides most of his feelings because of his parents? From what we've been shown yet I feel they're strict and reserved. Due to which I feel Qin is so reserved and is kind of hiding his feelings if ykwim we can see it even in Ep5 the bar scene where he goes into the bathroom to let out his emotions which is so sad btw as someone who does the same I can relate to him sm.
