You know this reminds me of back in the day, when weed was still illegal in my country, that weed operators, when caught, will serve some time, and then when released, will open another grow op. The money they earn is too lucrative that they are willing to risk going back to jail. You would think that these people will learn their lesson, but hey, a sinner's life is too tempting for them to pass on.

One of the masterminds of the Burning Sun Scandal, Seungri, only served 1.5 years in Jail for all the bad things that he did that is probably 10 times worse than KSH. Now, He's busy gallivanting around Asia trying to look for "business opportunities," and still to this very day, blames the whistleblower for his downfall, instead of owning up to his mistakes.

So people like these, whose only regret is that they get caught, have no real shame and would do it again and again and again and again as long as they live.

Of course, this is what most sensible people hope for. But if what the article says in this original post is true, then KSR's family will not be able to handle a debt of over 100 Million USD. Heck, even if I have a dozen children who are working adults, I would not be able to pay that debt until the 10th generation, unless one of them becomes like a Billionaire overnight. I don't care about his reputation now because it's pretty much shot down, it's KSR's family that has to suffer all through this.

Yes! KSH could submit a caricature of himself (like my pfp) as evidence alongside a few stacks of KRW, and they will rule in his favor.

I do post on that sub-reddit sometimes but not as much as I do here. I find that there are more fans of his over there, and I don't like to swim in muddy waters. We have to speak up though, if they shut 1 down, we should erect 3 more up. I usually don't approve of the aggressive way C-netz vilify people but this is the one of the few times where I'm grateful for them.

Yes, that may have changed in more recent times, but in this instance, what's in the courts right now, is not whether KSH dated a minor or not, but the defamation and stalking cases. If let's say, KSH is proven to r!pe KSR for example, no matter how rich he is in Korea, he will go to jail. No doubt about that.

So, the lawsuits filed in court right now will be similar to what they call as civil or commercial litigation in China. and yes, there may improvements to the way that these perpetrators are punished in China, but the system is still skewed in favor of the haves vs the have-nots.

That's why I mentioned that legally, KSR's family doesn't have leg to stand on especially when the law doesn't count him dating a minor illegal. But in the court of public opinion, he's pretty much doomed.

Yes, the cards are stacked against KSR's family. That is why they need the public's help in turning the tide in their favor. They have no chance at all if they brought any of these to the court first.

It's not just Korea....China and other similarly patriarchal and power-oriented societies typically favor the rich. Even third world countries follow a similar construct, especially in Asia. The "courts" or "legal system" try to serve its own best interest and the victims, who are usually poor, suffer the consequences.

This is not good news for KSR'S family. However, it also depends on the decision of the court. Because there's another legal expert who has an opposite view of the matter (in that KSH will likely lose).

So ultimately it comes down to. not necessarily the truth, but which side can argue better. Unfortunately in most cases, the winning arguments have come from the side who has the more dough.

He probably thinks that he can juggle his lies like he juggles his women. But the web is getting too big for him to handle.

So he is confirming that it is indeed him with KSR here in 2018, but she was 19 (and not 17) because he was saying at that time the Korean age system was used. So physically she's 17, but legally she's 19. So technically he was telling the truth when they dated when she was 19 because he was referring to her Korean age.

Using the same logic, can we then say that what KSR meant when they were dating when they were 15, was that, she was actually 13 physically, but 15 officially???
So would KSH twist the law in his favor by saying that the age of consent was 16 using pre-2023 Korean official age, but 14 using international age, so technically he could date a 14 year old if he wanted to?? Or if using pre-2020 SK law, 13 is actually 11 and it will be okay??????

A word of advice to KSH, when you make up lies and excuses, at least make them consistent and fool-proof. Don't overestimate yourself and imagine yourself as a great magician, by putting a coin in your hand, toss it from left to right, and expect people not to figure out that you just hid the coin perhaps in your red underwear that you so love. Buddy, most of us are not idiots.

I've seen that person around in the pages of so many of the dramas I've watch, especially BL dramas and their comments always seem antagonistic. They are the type if people say A, then they'll say B. Thank goodness for the block button. It comes in very handy.

I totally agree with you. when you click on related articles on his profile page. None of the recent articles are tagged. You have to go hunt them down yourselves in a separate section. Might as well put fine print and small fonts.

You know what struck me most in that Chosun article, is that IU introduced the psychologist who Sulli, Goo Hara and Kim Sae Ron used and all three of them unalived themselves. How effin creepy is that. 😱

That's why I was hesitant in divulging his friendships as these aforementioned names received hate messages on their soc meds. I believe it was announced that Im Si Wan finally relented and unfollowed everyone except his agency.

The others I don't know yet. But IU and Hae In seems to the people that KSH attribute as best friends. I don't like to play this card, because let's say if I decide to boycott IU, does that mean I have to boycott her fiancé too? And so on and so forth?

I think I would only take this with a grain of salt and only decide to boycott them if it's proven that they are involved with KSH's dirty deeds, or at least have knowledge of it and did nothing. But from my understanding, even Sulli's brother spoke up for IU in light of this controversy.

Yes, that is why I really like that @Retired_from_ent posts the transcript from the experts' live videos. I really really really hope that the legal experts that KSR's team hired would be resilient, resourceful, and remarkably strong to fight against the mumbo jumbo that KSH side will spew just to put more wool over people's eyes. Hope that justice the truth prevails, but you know that maybe wishful thinking.

I've been privy to the multiple lawsuits against a classic Narcissist for harassment etc and other offenses but he always walk away because he has the-connection and resources. And I live in a supposedly free world where democracy reigns but I found it the hard way, that justice has its limitations. It really depends on how long before your money runs out before you settle.

I don't even think his scrotum is big enough to fit that thing.
