that's like saying all the shows in the MCU should be called the same name... despite everyone knowing you should watch the previous marvel movie first.. doctor strange 2 doesn't make sense if you don't want loki and wandavision and spiderman first... yet they are all named something different.

on Dr. Bun's robe it says Dr Bunnakij Inkamviang (Inkamviang is Tan's surname) so this is definitely set after Manner OF Death where they are both married.. Transplant the series is definitely coming
