it's not bad, but it depends on your taste.
I am an avid True Beaty webtoon reader, and although I must admit that I am not a big fan of the webtoon, but I think this drama is pesonally... alright? This drama is honestly, in my opinion, better than the webtoon. They made the characters more relatable and lovable, and it was quite different compared to the webtoon. The pairings were pretty interesting, and there were many funny and cute moments.
I think the casting and acting was great because they really portrayed the characters well! But the story... was really cliché and predictable. I found myself cringing a lot while watching. Not to mention the fact that there were so many stereotypical characters.
Overall, I didn't enjoy it very much, but it depends on your taste. If you love sappy and cliché dramas, go try this out! (my sister quite enjoyed it, so you might too, if you have the same taste as her)

I loved it!
I started watching this drama with low expectations. At first, I was really debating on whether to watch this or not because of the reviews and comments. I'm also not a big fan of fluff, so i thought I wouldn't enjoy this. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I never thought I'd like it, but I just do! Others said it was boring, but I slightly disagree. The drama was short and sweet, and it wasn't dragging, 8 eps was perfect.
The casting was amazing, I enjoyed how each of the actors/actresses played each role, and I found myself searching up all of the cast members. The music... was not bad, just forgettable, I didn't even notice the music.
The ending was nice. It left me wanting more, but it still felt complete. Overall, I think it's not bad at all! (P.S. I NEED A BYUNGCHAN MAIN LEAD NOW, AFTER SEEING HIM ACT)

WEBTOON vs. Drama?
I personally loved the drama. It was absolutely *chef kiss*. The plot, characters, pairings, casting, it was all amazing. (I mean, except for the fact that the music didn't fit very well-) It's the kind of drama you just CANNOT get over. (I have rewatched it 4 times already) It's just... wow. I never expected to like it this much. The webtoon was great too. The author did so well portraying every aspect of every character.
Which brings me to the question:
Sweet Home: WEBTOON vs Netflix Drama?
Well, first of all, the idea, of course is the same, same epidemic, same disease.
But the two differs a lot as well, they added and changed the roles of characters, and changed the pairings as well.
Overall, I think it's better that the drama is treated as a stand alone, since it's so different, (but still as amazing) as the WEBTOON.
Sweet Home is really unforgettable. It made me cry, laugh, scream, almost pee in my pants. It was a hell of a rollercoaster ride, and it was 100% worth it.
