only for comedy & romcom enthusiasts

i genuinely had a good time watching this. the first 3 episodes were HARD to watch, as you’re getting used to jade and his character. but as soon as you get used to him, this drama is pretty okay! it’s a very lighthearted, funny drama to watch. definitely for comedy lovers & hopeless romantics!!

the drama is well acted. yim can be seen overacting and giving VERY over-exaggerated reactions/facial expressions at times, but honestly, with how jade’s character is, i didn’t really mind it at times. jade’s character is a little insufferable. with him screaming all the time & having weird expressions & mannerisms throughout the entire series… was he like this on BedFriend? cause i genuinely don’t remember him being so… annoying. but again, i got used to him, and was able to finish the drama without any trouble.

tutor did amazing as always, even though his character was a bit too bland for my liking. he was just THERE. the plot is alright, nothing too crazy but again, it’s a lighthearted, romcom… didn’t expect any more nor any less.

it can be quite a hard watch for some. it was like that for me at the beginning, but i found myself enjoying the drama as it continued!

HOWEVER… what a waste on king and uea. truly so sad how they portrayed them in this drama. i can completely understand that they are side characters but my GOD, what a mess. useless & pointless “fights” to add onto the so called plot… they did them so wrong. i did find myself giggling at how lovely they are with one another but that’s just netjames BEING netjames.

the same goes for the other side couple… a MESS. not a plot in sight. just two boys in love not wanting to admit they’re in love, literally the same plot as jade & mai. nothing different. their pace was also kinda weird?? i have so many questions, but regardless, they have great chemistry and i enjoyed it everytime they were on screen. hope to see them again soon!!

it’s just okay. watchable if you enjoy romcoms & overacting.

one of the “couples” is called BurgerKing.. that should say enough.

when i first read the synopsis before watching it, i was actually excited for it. and the first episode is somewhat decent, but what follows is an unexplainable mess. i don’t think even the actors know what the hell is going on.

it truly took EVERYTHING in me to finish it. the plot is SHIT. the chemistry? nonexistent as well. all the kinks & bdsm stuff comes off as SO cringy and just… no. why would they make this? it’s kinda embarrassing in a way.

i also have a HUGE problem with the casting. i understand wanting to make a series about kinks & bdsm.. but why cast teenagers for it? i get that “teens also have sex” but… it felt wrong to watch. one of the boys in the cast is literally 16, in a series mainly revolving around sex. i feel so bad for the actors… GET BETTER AGENTS FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST. they did the best they could with a ridiculous script and extremely awkward scenes. oof.. rough watch.

poor shogun deserves better. how does he only have shit people in his life? he gets out of a hidden relationship, where the ex would never think or care for him, to get forced into a weird playmate relationship where he’s doing things you can easily tell he’s not comfortable with. they’re kinda cute if you forget how everything between them started.

also. why was shogun so determined into getting the music club a budget.. for it to NEVER be mentioned again? it’s all so messy and inconsistent. it honestly amazes me.

overall it’s just messy, with a stupidly confusing plot & weird timelines. never recommending this. not even to my worst enemy

interesting yet so underwhelming

i have so many things to say about this series. it was so much fun to watch, i honestly never got bored, it felt like a reality show of some sorts and it felt fun and interesting to watch.

BUT. some plot lines were messy as hell, and even unnecessary at times. like what was sun’s (susie’s son) purpose? some things made absolutely no sense and were never explained through the series. korn was such an annoying character, i disliked him the entire series. he was selfish, and just a shit person. i was over the MOON when phawin AND mintra left him, and became friends, honestly the best thing that happened in the entirely of the series, yet out of character. i was a little lost… but i loved it still! that little open ending with phawin & korn made me so mad, no. phawin deserves SO much better

phawin and gun CARRIED this drama on their back. they are the only interesting and worth watching characters. the actors did an amazing job, and played them very consistently. loved them. i truthfully enjoyed all the couples, but wayu & wayha were the cutest, most innocent couple. i adored them together and their story is adorable.

now as for gun and pitch… man, what the hell? i have never gotten clickbaited as hard as this. these two didn’t even hold hands ONCE. when gun said “i don’t know when it happened, but i like you.” i was also like ??? yeah, me neither, WHEN did this happen?! the MAIN couple was barely shown in the entire drama?? i couldn’t see their relationship develop or even get attached to them, i rarely saw them!!! i literally have no idea if they have chemistry or not. so so so disappointing on that part, cause i was truly interested in their story.

i loved zo being the killer. i honestly didn’t expect it at all. they portrayed him as this innocent boy, who turned out to be a vengeful killer and that was amazing and well developed… yet underwhelming?

overall, it’s an okay drama. nothing too special, just something to watch when you’re bored. it has an okay mystery storyline and it’s fun to watch actors date each other. i wouldn’t rewatch it, but i would watch a second season.

not everyone’s cup of tea, but i enjoyed it!

this drama is not for everyone, that’s for sure. i’m one that genuinely enjoyed it omg

the plot isn’t to die for, it’s your generic crazy girlfriend, doesn’t know and won’t accept he’s gay plotline. but it was all very enjoyable to watch. i loved maxtul’s chemistry, this drama being my very first introduction to them, i was very satisfied. yihwa is my favorite character in the entire bl industry. that woman said what we all were thinking without any filter and was the only character with a BRAIN a lot of times during the series.

i enjoyed the ending. it was a good closure to the series. so sad for farm, truly heartbreaking to see him go from a bubbly, shy, kindhearted boy to now a heartless fuckboy, and all because of bright. he truly messed farm up and it was truly so sad to watch. LOVED korn, SO MUCH. poor boy deserved better i’m not even going to try and lie.

i have a love and hate relationship with knock. because for fucks sake, he’s insufferable. always the damn victim. i liked him at first but he just got progressively worse! i do acknowledge he was being manipulated by his crazy girlfriend but OH MY GOD WAKE UP. absolutely no brains at all. i wouldn’t have forgiven him as easily as korn did, i know you love him but please let’s respect ourselves a bit more

all the actors did such an incredible job, it’s insane. overall the series is very well acted and casted. it has some very problematic themes, that i haven’t seen being mentioned and wasn’t ready for, especially for the SA done by bright.

not everyone’s cup of tea, but DEFINITELY mine.
