if i remember correctly, they didn't have sex when they were in college according tot he novel.
that's the thing with censorship in China. they have to distort the drama greatly for it to meet the regulations and that damages the drama greatly.

Like she says she is shy and they are not married and all, but in the novel she is anything but shy! but the novel elaborately depicts the intimate scenes.In the drama, they CAN'T, or else the drama would be banned

I think you just made comparisons yourself by saying LBFAD was a kindergarten! And not many will like it ( as well those who LOVE TTEOFM) i'm not a diehard fan or whatever, i just watch dramas for Fun, nothing more.
