ok, I only watched a few episodes of TSOPG and couldn't get into the storyline so didn't contine. I know a lot of people liked it. For me, I'm more about the storyline.

LYN was not exaggerating with the jail comment.... LOL... I read the book after watching the drama to better understand the characters and he was right. I appreciated how well LYN and SZE embodied their characters and brought them to life. I am also grateful to the female director who directed their intimate scenes. Given the nature of Wei Shao in the book and having to wait 29 episodes for the leads to come together, it was beautifully depicted.

Is this worth watching? It's on my to-watch list, but I want to hear it from those who have watched it.
it is also a slooooowww burn romance. if this is not your cup of tea, then you might not like it. Also this drama is not plot heavy... the early episodes have a lot of action, but the middle is really about the leads relationship development.
