At some point i actually found them more interesting that the leads hahaha
I only liked them when they were in school. Honestly I didn’t like how they ended up together after so many years apart. They barely had any real life interaction for years and got together after meeting just a few times hah
Honestly I was surprised that half of this show was in Manchu🤣🤣 I feel like they could’ve just spoken in korean and pretended it was Manchu haha because the Manchu sounded so korean. I thought it was a language that’s rarely spoken today so I wonder how they managed to come up with the script
I have one sided beef with this actor but was nonetheless entertained (and I guess I don’t have beef w him anymore). Do I know what’s happening half the time? Not really. But everything falls into place eventually. The amount of emotional acting after spitting blood though… idk how the actors don’t break character cos IDK HOW MANY TIMES I LOL watching this. Also not their lover’s spat causing widespread destruction every single time 💀💀 it’s pretty tragic and angsty so it’s right up my alley, but surprisingly I actually liked the Mingye-sangjiu life best even though it was kind of the most tame out of their three lifetimes. I LOVED the fight scenes between the gods and devil omg it’s the best xianxia fight scene ever!! And also for the first time I was actually enjoying xianxia for the plot and not the romance. IMO the romance was kinda meh but the plot was FIRE!!
Not their lovers misunderstanding causing widespread destruction every single time 😭😭😭😭💀💀💀 at this point idk whether to laugh or cry at the misunderstandings
