i'm more focused on Cdramas now too. i used to avoid them because of the # of episodes, (60 eps esp for historical dramas? i can't. T^T)

but i havent given up on Kdramas, just not my priority.
(i mean i just recently watched crash landing into you. haha)

he also had a sus character in the Octogenarian, but that's only at the first few eps. i haven't finished that drama yet.

haha i was surprised when i saw it too. but it doesn't really bother me since i see this all the time in anime and games.

you can try watching a few more episodes and may be you'll get used to it. it'll be more annoying i think, if they would shout out their 'power moves'.
i am ep 4 and the story is still somehow interesting. lacking of something but i think it's all introduction for now.
try focusing on Xukai. ^^ he's pretty in all black and his practice sessions and fighting scenes with the spear looks nice.

..i may need to check recaps of court lady, i can't remember the end part. lol.
i do remember being annoyed with the char at the end.
