the issue I have here isn’t about older women can or can’t love younger man. but how compatible can they be when the age gap is too much of a gap? To me 10 years and under is perfectly ok but beyond that I will have to question whether the 2 individuals would have to struggle with maturity differences, life stage/goals, phases of life and so on… The saying “Age is just a number” does sound nice and in some cases truly dont matter but in my personal opinion, I strongly believe that “Age isn’t just a number”…. 😊

Often times we want to wait and hope things will get better and sometimes they do, but in your case i strongly suggest you should talk to supervisor asap. Until then, if allowed, please be sure to have another staff member with you whenever you have to provide care to the patient... I'm sorry I wish I could be more of help to you....
