This is approximately 33% of active users. It is not unusual for users to rate while "currently" watching or "dropped." Therefore, 2K user ratings is not surprising.

I agree with you that 144 reviews for approximately 2000 user rating is high. This is a 7% review to user rating ratio as the norm seems to be 1%. Some have been working hard to leave those reviews even if they had to make new accounts. I have been lazy this summer and didn't write any reviews even though there have been some amazing dramas.
