I don't get the reason behind it though so I am just watching the present for what it is.

I am half way through but I don't understand how it started. The FL looked evil at the start and I don't understand how she changed.

EDITED: I watched the start again. It seems she suddenly changed and felt she had a dream about how she was before.

I am looking for a similar drama but these links do not work and I cannot find the title.

I didn't find it so tough to watch. I think it is because Cherry has a bubbly personality.

I have to give the people watching this credit for not allowing the negative reviews and rating stop them. If I had not watched this earlier, I might have been turned off by the low rating and the horrible reviews trending at the top. I wish there was a way to put a note at the top that all positive reviews have been mass downvoted so they are pushed to the back of the reviews section.

The part that he was put up decorations was a flashback I think. I agree that the ending was touching. I kept watching it as I loved the dance scene. In one sense it made it seem as if he was late or that she imagined him there. The seat he sat in was #34. The #3 is life and #4 is death. It is as if it is saying he is between life and death as his work is risky.

I am glad you loved BEITD even with the ending. It was such a shock to watch it while airing. Everyone kept saying there was a happy ending with a wedding in the book. I went into denial and tried everything to convince myself he didn't die. There is video of Johnny Huang saying his character didn't die. Yes. He is masculine and attractive.
