Our Generation made me think. It made me pause to ponder the dialogue and the emotions shown.

You summarized Qiaoxi's character here so well.."Jiang Qiaoxi is often misunderstood because of his choices, but I found him realistic. His personality and upbringing made his struggles believable, and he needed a source of strength, a motivator which he found in Yingtao. " I wish more would see how valuable Yingtao was to him. He did not want to leave her. He loved her but he was flawed. I agree that ZLH's performance gave a clear vision of this flawed character. I didn't feel the details of his story were missing because I felt connected to him and his suffering. It is too bad he was so misunderstood.

I love Xu Kai. I tried with this one but I cannot watch this actress in romance. I will never try again. And her character was not the best. If you watch Rising With the Wind, you will see an excellent example of a business woman fl. Xu Kai has an upcoming drama that I think will be good. Otherwise, I go back to the classic...Falling Into Your Smile.

The thing is, it seems she knows how to use words so why copy work and spend the time rephrasing parts of it to fool people?

Yes, I was shocked to see that someone plagiarized my work. I put hours into sorting my thoughts and she copied and pasted then paraphrased and deleted the subtitles. Everything else was the same right down to my paragraph on the ending where I said the wedding was beautiful but missing the friends and family even though we know they are there.

I watched it over and over again right after it ended. I am trying to forget it so I can watch again😂

😂 Your disclaimer made me laugh. I need to put a warning on my review for plagiarism. Someone copied mine and changed the wording on parts but it is so obvious.

It is strange when I read a review and it is obvious the user copied mine and changed up the words. Even my comment about the wedding missing the family and friends even though we know they are there. Read my review then see if you can find the person who plagiarized it. I put time into my review, so it is rather annoying to see the way someone else copied it.

I spent days thinking through my review. Whether someone agrees with it or not, I loved OG and put hours sorting my thoughts. Maybe it is not as easy for others to see when a review has been copied but I can see it because I know exactly how I wrote it. Some of the wording is the same but some she changed up the wording. Me too! When I watch him and the way he moves and his expressions as he sings, I just want to cry. When I listen to Willful, It is his face that I see.

He doesn't want to talk to his mother. The drama makes it seem she has regrets and wants to reunite with him but as you can see, he is not so enthusiastic to talk to his father who was nowhere as bad as the mother. Qiaoxi went through mental abuse from his mother so it is understandable he doesn't want anything to do with her.

She has a deep understanding of him. Her career choice to be a teacher so she could help students understand themselves is a fitting choice for her personality.
