It is as if these few users just wanted to list their favorite dramas and added in some desperate similarity such as "green flag" ml. They even multi recommended the same drama.
Tbh the production team could have plan the editing more, I saw some of the deleted scenes as well as the leaked…
Maybe they are waiting till the end to show that side of his story. Do you have a link to the leak script? I think I saw something with some messages he wrote but never sent to her.
About episode 15...this may contain spoilers so don't read if you haven't watched.
I posted my comment on ep 15 below early this morning.
I know some are upset with JQX but I rewatched that scene again before going to bed at 6 am this morning. I think it was the way Ying Tao asked him if he was staying. She said it in a way that she wanted it to be true. He loves her so much he wanted to give her that happiness if even for the moment. It was perhaps for himself as well. I was deeply moved by that scene and will watch it again multiple times. Episode 15 was a 10 for me. I might not like that he left again or didn't tell her but I can understand his emotions. He has suffered so much with his mother over the years and Ying Tao was his guiding light. She brought happiness into his life making him feel special in a way he so badly needed. I can understand him wanting to leave her in a happy moment with the hope that one day they will be together again.
I know we all have different perspectives. But after watching it again, I feel sure JQX didn't lie to Ying Tao out of selfish reasons. If you consider the emotional abuse he endured living with his mother and how much Ying Tao helped him, it is so hard to believe that he wanted to live that happy moment with her even if was a lie?
When JQX said "Wo ai ni" he said it as if it came deep from the bottom of his soul. There were some beautifully done moments in ep 15 and yet some of you are so quick to judge as if you only watch a drama on the surface.
How does someone go from one career into acting? I am so impressed with him. Same with Liu Yuning who is is a singer but so good with emotions on the screen
He really nailed this scene i cried when i watched it, the mum is not really trying to understand how it feels…
I am amazed at his acting considering he came from an engineering background. I could not do it. ZLH is one of my top favorite actors not just for his looks!
That is what I said! These were recommended by the same users. And When Life Gives You Tangerines???
There are about 4 of them who were here a few days ago pointing the figure at TFF fans and wrongfully accusing them for downrating OG or something like that. I responded to one and blocked right after only to have 3 more come at me one after the other. Now I see them recommending dramas that are way off.
I think ep 16 was meant to show Ying Tao adjusting to life in college. Jin Mai tends to keep me interested. She…
The look on JQX when he first saw Cherry cheerleading reminded me so much of PWX staring at the LR when he saw her the first time after rebirth. PWX said something about remember the happiest time of his life.
OG has been unfolding with each episode. I don't feel anything missing. It hits the spot each time especially…
OG feels as if each everything is falling in place. But the end might have the something you find missing. It was the same in The First Frost which I feel was also a masterpiece.
I hope you went to sleep! Even when I rewatched ep 15 last night trying to understand what happened, my eyes kept closing. I had to back it up several times.
I haven't read the novel so I didn't have anything to compare as I watched. Maybe that is why I thought that scene…
I suspect some who dropped and rated low are deliberately downrating it. One reviewer I saw didn't have anything else on her watchlist but Our Generation which she gave a 1.
