Sometimes they say it as if to say Kdramas are better than cdramas but this has kdrama vibes so it is good too 😳 I have never watched a Kdrama that I want to watch over and over again the way I do with my favorite Cdramas. But it is fine if some love Kdramas and I have family members who prefer them. And we are Chinese! 🤣

I saw some of those comments and I don't agree from my experience, but I guess for them they are seeing something they like as Kdrama fans.

The girl that was carrying on about YiFan not being careful in the kitchen because she left something on the stove that started burning. She was the blind date Sang Yan's mother brought over. She acted like she was something great. She got on my nerves because she was criticizing YiFan.

Once I start, I will catch up but talking about yearning...if anyone looked at me watching him, they will see yearning. I love the sight of him 💗

I watched ep 1. It was a nice intro to the drama. Sweet, sweet, sweet Zhang Ling He 💗 I have missed him. I plan on getting into this next week. I just wanted to see what all the comments were about.

I watched WIFTY in between episodes of HL and didn't like it half as much. I have never rewatched it. I know it was by the same author. Exclusive Fairy Tale was just okay. I don't even remember what it was about. That summer I kept rewatching HL as it aired and again after it was done.I might try WIFTY again. I don't know if I will ever find that secondary couple interesting though.

I am not saying I agree or disagree. I am saying I understand if you got a different sense of HL than I did. I am glad it didn't give me any pedophilia vibes because then I wouldn't have enjoyed it. Hidden Love is one of my top feel good drama.

Dream of Splendor had a similar vibe especially with the women working in a business together. I enjoyed the scenery and lively atmosphere of both.
In TPM, I wanted more of Kangning and Chai An. At least we saw brief moments of their married life but it wasn't enough. I was disappointed we didn't see the twins and they were only mentioned. I didn't love everything they did in TPM but it was such a pleasure to watch this daily. The overall feel of the drama, the sisterhood, and other aspect made it a 10 for me even if it wasn't all perfect as to what I wanted to see.
I think they cut scenes due to censorship. I also read that the twins were not cooperating so that is why we didn't get any scenes of Kangning with her twins. I feel they should have found another set of twins to play the part.
