I am going to start Wang Chu Ran's drama soon. I didn't want to start it will so much going on here. I love watching Wang Chu Ran. I also really liked the ML in I Know I Love You. I like his style of acting. It should be great.

I have seen posts in a tv drama comparing numbers with TPR. I was going to respond that TPR is not a tv drama. Well, it wasn't available on tv at that time but I think it is now.

You should copy and paste this into a review. Too many reviews highlight SRQ's screentime as the most dominant factor of TPR. These reviews turn others away from watching a drama I have enjoyed so much I am still back here. I have not watched a single new drama since TPR. This is largely because I have been traveling, but I have not felt motivated to start anything else. I will probably start Wang Chu Ran's new drama this weekend. Right now I have goldfish eyes from crying after dropping my daughter off to college.

I took this bonus episode as a comedy in part.I loved the start and wished they had not done the amnesia trope that was in the additional chapter of the book. I would have preferred to have seen some family scenes. But once I saw PWX running from the vase, I figured it was all in fun😂

Same. At one point I got fed up. I think it was when she pushed him away during that long awaited kiss scene.

If you scroll down further you might see a few negatives😂 My friend watched it and liked it. She is not on MDL. She watches her dramas on Netflix with no interaction with social media. But she said she wished there was more of PWX 😂 And she also said she never felt LR loved SRQ.

I tell anyone who is not sure about this drama to watch ep 11 and then decide. I loved when at the end, PWX said "Let's go home." In their previous life, LR didn't go after PWX. In ep 11, I cheered the moment her feet touched ground and she ran after PWX.

I wouldn't have enjoyed it either if I saw it that way. But I could feel LR and PWX loved each other, so I enjoyed it. And there lies the difference. Someone made a comment in the TPR forum that she is enjoying it so much more on rewatch because now she can fast forward through SRQ's scenes.

It is true she held back but she also showed her love in other ways. I enjoyed them. Are you watching Love's Rebellion? Those who felt the same as you about TPR seem to be enjoying Love's Rebellion. I only read the comments and have not started it yet.

AASOL is really sweet! But there are some who found it boring because it didn't have much conflict. The couple fell in love at first sight.Well, he fell first but she was not too far behind. Try it! I kept watching it over and over again every single day and had to make myself stop!

Well said! I watched TPR while it was airing and have been unable to watch anything new since. I started my rewatch while on a plane but had to pause because this was a busy week. But I find I pick up on more details watching again. I love PWX's lines. And I love the way ZLH portrays his character. I loved PWX's commanding presence when he needed to be, and I loved the way he would assure LR that he will never leave her every time she asked him if he would be there till the end. She was strong, but she had her insecurities.

I will probably start watching something next weekend. It would be so nice not to have to wait for the next episode.

While I watched TPR, I was focused on PeiRong too and LR might not have taken a long time to admit she only had PWX in her heart but there were many scenes she made it clear she loved him.

This is where we differ. I felt sure LR only loved PWX, so it didn't matter to me what the producer was doing with SRQ. I never saw her gazes at him as one of love. From my perspective she didn't pine for SRQ. I felt she loved PWX in both lifetimes and I could see the difference in the present life when instead of letting him walk away in ep 11, LR got out of the carriage and ran after him. They cleared up the misunderstanding about Zhen Zhen and even though it took LR a long time to fully admit her love for PWX, she showed it in her actions. My perspective is different from yours and I loved PeiRong. You have a different perspective and that is fine.

I didn't watch LYF season 1 yet but I keep hearing it really good. It sounds so confusing though with all the different men in her life. I know season 1 does not end well which is why I waited for season 2 and now I cannot seem to get myself to watch it.

I agree. I felt some pity for SRQ but as LR told him, he had choices. PWX also told him he had choices.
