I don't know if it is a forced kiss as it is taken out of context. I am not too concerned about them as these two are always bickering. Let me look at it again. Good thing I try to keep all the videos I like at the top.
Well, now that I watched it again, they are more fighting than bickering. Hmmm.....I wonder if PWX got jealous. Not sure when we are going to see this. But I bet they work it out before they leave that boat.

It is not her inability to refuse the sml that you saw. It was her thinking about her last thoughts before she died that she missed out on not choosing SRQ which is ironic because now he is asking she remembers PWX saying that whether it is past or present, she and PWX are destined to be together. She refuses to believe PWX is dead because she cannot imagine a life without him. I understand that the impression is she is hesitating because she is considering SRQ as a husband because they drama does a little thing where it want us to wonder but to me it sways even more toward the love PWX and LR have together. SRQ is nowhere near the intensity fo the emotions she feels for PWX. Look at the way she wrote his name over and over again. It is reflection of the way PWX wrote her name in the sand. The leads loved in each other in both lives but thank goodness PWX refuses to let go this time so SRQ is out. He was never the love of her life. I don't care what they supposedly did in the previous life.

You know when you said it is obvious already, what we obvious is not what others see. Like you, it is obvious to me that LR loves and wants PWX in her life. But others are still asking if she likes SRQ more. I think even in the preview for ep 18/19, the maid asks that question so the director wants us to question it. But for me, it was obvious right from the start when I watched LR die with tears rolling down her cheeks, that she loved PWX. They both crying. They never thought one would kill the other. And the way she reacted to PWX after going back in time shows she was emotional with him. She doesn't trust him with heart because of the pain of the past. She is always looking for assurance and keeps asking him if he will be with her till the end. There was a scene in flashbacks when she told him she wanted to be with him always and that she hopes they will be honest with each other. The situation with QZZ led to distrust. And I am sure SRQ had a hand in feeding her insecurities. And her pride. But thought it all, it is obvious she loves PWX.

Remember when she said the one thing she regretted was "missing you." This was in the scene where she died. It was translated as "missing" but I think it refers to her perceived mistake choosing PWX and not SRQ. In the scene where SRQ asked her to marry him, it is understandable that she had a flashback to that. But did you not see the memory of PWX telling her no matter what she and PWX are meant to be together? The whole point was to contrast the two lifetimes and she knows, PWX is the one she loves. The whole drama is based on reliving a life but her thoughts that she chose the wrong man have changed in this life. First of all, she knows that SRQ killed her. And if there is anything she wants to change now is to be sure that this time PWX stays with her and doesn't leave her the way he did last time.
Therefore, when I watched that scene, I didn't think LR had to think twice. I saw her processing the then and the now. The drama needs to address the events of the past in order to show the progression of the present.
