I am conflicted with that scene because the emotions were so beautifully done. My heart 💔 just thinking about it. L&P deserves a much higher rating. It was a bit confusing to watch the first episode because of the back and forth between present and past, but on rewatch it was so much more meaningful. The last time I rewatched I skipped the prison scene. It is such a painfully emotional scene. I get anxious when I know it is coming up. There were some negative comments about the ML being toxic but I didn't find him so at all. I could see he had a kind heart and the way he treated the FL made it obvious she was special to him.

I was so mad during ep 12. I didn't mind Jingling's storyline too much. And Jun's is not as bad as it was before. Hopefully, the drama will get more into our Feifei couple now.
It is too bad some dropped it after watching 2 episodes and felt they should leave a rating.
If I find I don't like a drama in the first 2 episodes, I either put it on hold and try again later. If I find I really don't like it, I delete it or drop. Jun's storyline has improved.
