This couple in Bright Eyes in the Dark is now in my top list. I watched Road Home also. I am not a big fan of Seven Tan in romance scenes. No offense to her fans. I just do not get the right feel. With Zhang Ying Yi, I feel the actress is comfortable in her role and in all the shows I have seen her in romance roles, she seems natural and loving. She is now one of my favorite actresses for romance dramas.

I was so happy to see Miao Miao!

She has been with for years. I think they will work it out.

Just finished ep 26. The sweetness is killing me!!! I love this show not only for the main couple but for the other characters as well. I like them all including the new director. I am still incredulous that this drama is till at 7.9. For those who are watching now way beyond the first 7 episodes, you know how beautiful this couple is. It is unusual to see such a mature couple without all the frustrating misunderstandings. This is not to say there might not be one later, but as of ep 26, I find them to be one of the most mature and supportive couples I have seen in Cdramas. Please leave a rating if you love this show. There are too many who watched on a couple episodes and dropped it leaving a low rating.

They should lock the ratings until after the show is fully released so the people who drop it after a few episodes have to at least wait to come back to leave ratings. This might cutback on the negative ratings from people who didn't bother to watch.

If they do break up, they will get back together. I hope. In the book they are together in the end. Did you watch Lighter and Princess? If not. Put is on your list. Same actress.

Jhang Ying Yi was the female lead also and there is one episode that had to do with separation and it was painful to watch but then it skipped 3 years to where they met again so it was quick. Even so, I am dreading if this happens here also.

I didn't read the whole book. I just wanted to know if they got back together because one comment here said that he didn't take her back. I only read the last chapter in the book and it seems to me that they did get back together. The translation is choppy and I am quite clear on the details. As long as they get back together, I will be happy.

It will pick up in a few more episodes. Once they get together you will see lots of kisses and hugs. There are episodes that do not have as much of the leads. Usually I don't like that and want to fast forward but I likes seeing the family of one of the team members. It was touching.

When you think of how she must feel being alone with her daughter for long periods of time, it cannot be easy. She goes to work also. The fear she went through thinking her daughter was not going to come out of the falling building alive while her husband left her behind would have made me upset too. It is bad enough he is never home. She must feel that for the rare occasion he was home, he should have grabbed his little girl first. It is a mother's natural reaction. I am sure she realized after that being a structural engineer, he saw that Miao Miao was safe for now. However, the building did start to collapse and his little girl could have died. There is always a risk and he left her in there. I can empathize with her. It is a good thing that Miao Miao came out safely because that would have been a divorce for them.

It seems that her leg is hurt but I don't know how much. When I watched the preview for ep 26 again, the doctor only said she is not supposed to dance for 24 hrs after getting the painkillers , so maybe it is not permanent damage but it is getting in her way for the group performance she was so excited about.

But the attraction becomes more evident when he watches her dance for the first time. Sadly, so many only watch the first few episodes and leave a low rating when they drop it.
