Finally someone thinks the same. I hate not finishing the show but I have to pause. I am on 28 and I struggle. I just can’t understand how people can say this is the best show. I have seen plenty of dramas but this is not it.
He is just romantically clueless. He knows she is a very smart person, so in his mind, her actions confuse him…
The ML only did good things for her only because he was attracted to her, before his actions are not of the gentleman. The gentleman would treat every women with respect, I am comparing to Sword and Brocade. I would not say the FL is the smartest but not the stupidest. Letting her husband take the credit for her ideas. But I understand there was a time when women had to use their looks and appear not very smart to boost male ego to survive.
I continue to watch because of ML actor LYN. As I loved Journey to Love and Dream within a Dream.
As I said before this is not for me. Maybe if I was just introduced to Asian Dramas, maybe.

Not for me. I don’t like where woman’s goal is to please her husband, make him fall in love with her. She should think how to please herself, but I know how it was in the past. I was just hoping would be like Rebel Princess but far from it. I don’t even enjoy the chemistry between leads I am more interested in secondary characters romance than the leads. I dropped it at ep 28.

Agree. TPOB dragging and I am straggling on ep 28. Very chauvinistic show, centred around female pleasing a male, even reducing her brain just to feed male ego. I know that how society was, but I was hoping to be similar to Rebel Princess, but far from it.
The ADWAD is breath of fresh air. Could hardly wait for episodes to be released.
