All Bong Junho's drama left deep message and also Parasite. Bong Junho is rarely make a comedic&thriller drama but He did that with Parasite and won Cannes Film Festival Palme d'Or. We have a really good movie "Shoplifters" from Koreeda Hirokazu in 2018 which won Palme d'Or and Oscar nomanation. I thought at first the movie will be similar with Shoplifters and I was totally wrong. It was slightly same with a touch of thriller on it.

The comedic part was really funny, I laughed a lot during watching it even though there is so many tragic scenes but still we get a little vitamin on it. Many good things we can learn from this movie. Bong Junho made this drama was really well made from casting to story but I was disappointed with the story since I can predict all the scenes in the movie even though they already did a lot of plot twists but audience still predicts all the upcoming scene. That maybe disadvantage of this movie. Overall I like it

This drama is given me back again to jdramaland after so many slumps!
I kept holding on this drama I watched it until episode 2 after that I didn't continue watching it for months until I finally finished watching it. Thank god! I didn't regret to watch it marathon.

First, the plot was really catch my attention. It started off like presenting any Japanese drama, from background, and story until you immersed watching it and mind-blowing with those plot twist. Kidnapping, violence and maniac teacher which is quite new for me yet it began to get more interesting. There are so many "Lesson of life:" in this drama. It teaches me how to use social media really well, be responsibility and "no more school-bullying". It was a lot less predictable when I normally expect from dramas.

This dram probably the first tragic drama I've eve watched. I have never ever loved and hated a drama at the same time before. Watching GMP made me realise how emotionally unstable I am haha.
The drama really gave me a glimpse of riding on roller coaster and lots of plot twists which is make sense for dramas. Even though the drama had tons of angst, painful moments and loopholes, it was still one of my favourite historical cdrama.

STORY
Despite the beautiful costumes and statisfied visual, the story is typical like other cdramas, I think it is similar to The Rise of Phoenixes with the inconsistency in characters. Normally there are outright heroes, villains, and anti-heroes in a show. The plot follows your basic, this made the drama a lot more watchable because I wasn't constantly frustrated and think a lot with the characters and story. What I frustated the most is their "love story" which made me wonder and questioning a lot of things yet imagining my own ending. In order to seek justice that happened 20 years ago, Li ChengYin betrayed betrayed the trust of the woman he loves, how did he expect her to forgive him while he spends a lifetime full of regret and loneliness.
I think it really took so much time to regain their memories, I mean the progress is really slow. Li ChengYin did regain his memories on two last episodes which is really frustated and sucks to watch. I have been waiting their regaining their memories on E20-30 so we could see the development of each characters.
There is two biggest problem in this drama is First, when Gu Jian pretending to be Gu Xiao Wu which was very nightmare for me and I lost my interest to watch every episodes that his in and second, their love story has ended into tragic one.

CAST
- Li ChengYin
This bloody jerk! I like the way he looks at Xiao Feng and his love towards her. The first 10th episodes most likely my favourite part. I felt the villain side of Li ChengYin over his "Love" and it was really intersting for me since not many dramas chose to betray their love ones. I found myself liking the drama more and more as I fell into the trap of forgiving him, or even pitying him.
- Xiao Feng
Afterall, she is just very beautiful princess who seeking attention at the same time all her want to pity her injustice towards her clans. She is very outright to show her feeling
- Gu Jian
He is better died. All he thinks his lifes with Xiao Feng which is only on his imagination. I was really upset at the writer because he is still alive until 40 episodes.

OVERALL
TBH, I really love the OTP a lot. I like how the actor potrayed Li ChengYin perfectly even though there is so much overacted. If you like fast food, you could try to watch this one. This is the best fast food when you craving for tragic drama. This drama is full of angst and painful in order to sacrified for the country and clan, you had to betray your beloved lady.. From the beginning they never meant to live a happy life. He broke her heart and he made her cry, well reality is not all about a happy ending..

I finished one of another "impressive" drama. I feel like I am riding a roller coaster drama. How every episodes have different story to be told whether it's anger, mournful, love and honesty which made every story refreshing.
The performances of all three leads were really great, there was no exaggeration in acting. Unexpected cameo, quality of directing, well done cinematography and a bittersweet every stories they have.
Some of the story didn't end up very well which made me not be able to guess the ending very correctly that's why some episodes ended without satisfying conclusion.

The vibe of this drama is closest to Border and Unnatural in many aspects such as riddling a story and dealing with dead. It explores so much emotions, dark and lonely on each episodes.

I love Yutaro characters so much even though he is full of "dark" behind those his comic behaviors he did, he has done really well as an errand boy.

STORY
I have never read this book or related to the drama. I am going to review 100% only based on this drama which is available on Netflix. First episode was really excited I thought myself "Finally! This is a story that I'm looking for" second episode...third.....fifth......final....wow i just want to say some questions "Why didn't the writer stick on two stories? why they needed to tangle all of them into one?" done. I am kinda disappointed with the story that they've built up the base beautifully and smoothly but ending up ruining those base with those tangled they've made.

I'm actually really amazed with the Luo Zhi's story which is i think most of us can relate it and if the writer can improved more in those story without any interference from others stories which is unnecessary to be told. I think this drama will be lit.

ACTING
I give 7/10 for Luo Zhi's acting...for the rest actor...I give it 5/10. I am wondering what if Luo Zhi and Han Shang Yan ( Go Go Squid) casted in this drama, I think the vibe will me more "lively" and visually great.
Luo Zhi’s emotions on the screen are captivatingly impressive and well-impacted for the audience. Actress Zhu Yan Man Zi does a sterling job in conveying her feelings without saying many words.

Rewatch Value
I dont think I have to rewatch this drama again

OVERALL
I enjoy Luo Zhi's acting when she is in the college with Sheng Huai Nan but I still need more the interaction between them in the drama not only Luo Zhi's with her cousins&friends. If only the focused on Luo Zhi's unrequited story, it would be emotionaly impact for the audience. Overall, If you are curious about the story then watch it without reading the review first. After that you can judge it by yourselves.

I have been watching this movie for several times for 8 years already and...I still cant stop crying even though there are so many dirty parts.. I still love Ko Ching Teng....

The main lead developed the characters really well. When I thought Shen Chia Yi is typical strong woman but ended up the weakness one. it might not be a cup of tea for everybody but for me personally the director wrapped up the movie beautifully because "A true love doesnt need a happy ending and a true love never ends." He couldnt have Shen ChiaYi but he has her love for him which is bigger than to anyone else and its really hard to feel the other's love thats what Shen Chia Yi felt for so many years because Ko Ching Teng's love is bigger.

This movie has told us to learn that we can love or being loved by everyone and we have to tell them our feeling instead of to keep it by yourself. Dont hurt yourself just because you didnt want to hurt others. There is a time when we need to tell them and there is a time when we dont want to hear the answer from them. This movie has delivered that message indirectly without putting "melodramatic & happy ending" story for audience but for the character itself.

I have just finished watching this drama. It was simple yet heartwarming. I cried a lot about their past stories either Yanmo or twins. At first I thought this was going to be a typical drama with stupid girl and smart boy and girl that can never stand up for herself and needs the guy to protect her but it was totally different. It was beyond my expectation towards this drama. It was more sensible and touching. Facts in reality, some of them will feel the same.

Father's role is real. He would provide the foundation for his daughter future romantic relationships so she would understand what it meant to be loved by the first man in her life. Gladly Zhao Guanchao replaced Qiaoyi's father role. It was hurt to watch Guanchao pretended to be happy for his twin sister. The plot follows your basic, because I wasn't frustrated and think a lot with the characters and story. To be honest, I was boring in the middle until last episodes (around 20- 32 ).

This drama was good enough in the sense that the melancholy draws you in and story of the characters are really relatable in real life. Each line of each moments were deep, I didnt expect a cdrama has many great lines I thought it would be cringe. I liked how they used a slow pace with sepia tone plus the music was blend very well with the stories.

What I dont like about this drama is there were so many loopholes and unnecessary scenes which made the audiences wanted to skip it.

I like Zhao Guanchao. He may bad lover but he is type of best big brother you may wish to have. From outside he seems to be someone who bit ‘unreliable’ but as big brother he really protects and loves Zhao Qiaoyi very well which made me super jealous. Hands down to Fei Dachuan, I thought he would be a sloppy and meh character but ends up with the wised, kindest and loyal one.

What I learned from this drama is.... The one of the hardest things to deal with is being secretly in love with your best friend.

I have just finished watching this drama after I got recommendation from my colleagues! First I fell in love with Taiwanese and Chinese drama after watching a movie "Our Times".
My first taiwanese drama was meteor garden back then in 2001 ,the second drama was Silence and the third one was well I dont have many experience or know the actors/actress verywell except their well know actor and actress such as Fan Bingbing, Chen Kyun, Gong Li, etc...

I dont like clingy drama with crying baby characters but I really adore this drama so much. Shen Yue was really really good at portraying her character and Wu Bosong....My love my heart may you get happiness in ever drama you've in.
I am really fond their friendship how the writer wrapped each characters very excellent and without dragging too much story. Well even though it was too long but I love every scenes in 24 episodes.

STORY:
The plot follows your basic, this made the drama a lot more watchable because I wasn't constantly frustrated and think a lot with the characters and story. The story-line also progressed very smoothly and still in their pace without changing or adding character's point of view. I love how they chose the 20s high school life instead of today. So we can feel the barrier of communication, feeling development and each moments of their friendship growing up beautiful together.

ACTING/CAST:
The characters has their own color that I cant decide which one should I really fond of but I loved 5 of them. They have advantages and disadvantages that we dont have to mind since their advantages covered their disadvantages.

MUSIC:
I dont really mind of BGM or etc but I do mind what Chen Xiaoxi's singing part that makes me wonder why the song is so familiar hahha and turned up it is their BGM hahaha. I loved the BGM

REWATCH VALUE:
I would definitely re-watch it if I am out of supplier of japanese drama hahah

OVERALL:
Overall, korean and japanese drama cant beat chinese simplicity drama with just a simple actor and acting. If korean has the best costume in the drama, Japanese has the great story in the drama meanwhile...chinese has the best simple, fresh and addictive drama with a light story & ordinary casts.

HANDS DOWN TO WU BOSONG.

I just finished watching this drama after dropped it. I really love family drama especially japanese ones. I felt like I was one of them when I watched it. The relations between the casts and story was really interesting yet beautiful but at some point i dont like it. The one they shouted each other. Overall this drama really succeed to delivery their message to the audience. I'd really love the family member and the supporter member. They were like new for me. Eita and Masami was really great captured their characters and also Asa-nii who really loves his family and do whatever to them as a father figure. Hikari is one of character that i like least. Haru and Tadashi was really great supportinhg for the main. I love everything in this drama. overall 4/5

It may be sound weird for m who is not into cdrama/taiwan drama. I have watched the cheesy and clingy drama i have ever watched and enjoyed it and that was "Well Intended Love" Despite a lovey-dovey couple, I did enjoy the couple in Well Intended Love but this drama...I dont even enjoy every single thing of the casts, dont tell about the story.

STORY & CHARACTERS
They are only focusing on "Gaming" stuff and the casts were the character in that game which is I found it weird and new. I like it when they tried to mix between real & fantasy life but its not a necessary when they already have a solid story of the main lead.

ACTING
If we stare at our laptop for many hours we got & looks tired but they look as fresh as apples in the market that has been cleaned by the seller. Its kinda find me weird and the female lead...she is just having a beautiful face there is no improvement until episode 9.

MUSIC
I skipped a lot of scenes because most of them was game parts, I didnt listen to the music either..

REWATCHE VALUE
I dont want to rewatch and spending my times for this drama

RECOMMENDATION VALUE
1/10
