So my title is a giveaway.

But also, not.

So for the storyline progress, it was easy to see where it was heading, something was just a little too obvious. But don't disappoint, the actual build-up and performance were better than I expected.

Some notes that I didn't enjoy, Liz's hair kept changing from scene to scene, which makes it evident that the scenes were shot differently. (Which isn't usually an issue). But when the main girl goes from black to brown and back to black and then brown in every scene? Like what.

Even though there were two female leads, I wanted to see more of happening between Smile and Kyro, Not that I was rooting for them, but Smile after all rented a boy to learn how to get Kyro.
But who am I if I didn't appreciate the chemistry between Badz and Smile. Like wow, when they share that kissing scene in bed, I was ready to lose it. Badz is also really muscular built and very tall compare to Smile, it was very steamy. There weren't enough shirtless scenes in this show (This is a joke).

I wanted Kyro to be more of an asshole too, but when Liz turns the table and sleeps with him and then ditches him I kind of got respect for her. Also I kept mixing up her best friend and sister.

It's sad we didn't get much more background on Smile, but I really like the back story of Liz, Badz and Kyro.

Oh and I couldn't cope with Onnie at all in the beginning, being very unreasonable. But when she at the end was there for Smile the table turned for sure.

To begin with I love that Mild (Duchess) Love interest in the Kiss drama was in this one too (Mek AKA Khunkhao), I totally ship them togeter. But it was refreshing to see him a bit of an ass.

I generally like Mild, but she has a way to come off over dramatic, but it really suited this role for sure. Duchess is a girl who was rich but became poor only to become rich again, and her only dream is to show people shes worthy, because she's rich.

When she unexpectently meet Off (Karthing), whos a don't care, do what I want kind of person. He doesn't care if your rich or not, but he does like to mess with people, and because he can tell Duchess has something to hid, its more fun to mess with her.

The duo actually work really well together, and they are both really charasmatic actors, they are comic duo, as much as Karthing gets on Duchess nerves, she still seem to enjoy contantly having him around.

The side characthers actually is a reason why they got a higher score for acting because honestly they funny as hell.
Espeically Duchess friends.

What I do dislike is that they dont really show more glimps of the previous charatchers happening, it's like it all happnes simultantiously, which I guess it's suppose to but then why is Singto (Tan) not more annoyed by Karthing? becuase Karthing was super annoying and over protective towards Mimi in their season.

Over all I like the chemistry amongs the cast I must admit.

First off, I wasn't a big fan of Hyun bin, (Ive only seen Jekyll and hyde ad I greatly disliked him in it. I also greatly disliked the drama over all.) (Memories of Ahlambra sort of helped him to come on my plus side though). So I didn't go in with the highest expectations. I)'ve heard that this drama was good, but what I got wasn't what I expected at all.
I have laughed and cried with each characther. From the north korean ajhummas, to Jung hyuk's militray staff. Too SeRi's mother and staff. I got a deep feeling for each of the cast members, how I felt that no role was not needed.

The fact that SeRi felt so hated in her family yet her staff was so loyal towards her. I also loved how Jung Hyuk constant regret of his choice in the beginning was such a comical feature. Even if it most likely wasn't so, he couldn't keep his face straight, and that isn*t good for a north korean military man. Haha. But I spent most of the time laughing and crying with them and SeRi kind of crept into my heart and I felt her pain.

But when it comes to my one of my favorite actors in Korean dramas, I really felt for Kim Jung Hyun's Goo Seung Jun. When we got to know more about his past and his regrets and sorrows and revenge. I felt more for him, Also I'm so happy yo see Jung Hyun back on the screen (School 2017 is like my one all time favorite dramas. EVER). Honestly I wished for a better ending for Seung Jun but I also liked how he died happy. And didn't die with regrets. He got the girl and went out as her hero.

Surprise shorty

Well to begin with, I saw small amount of clips of the show of the teenagers that made me curious about the show, and when I started to watch it I accidently saw some spoilers for like the second season. But oh well.

To start off, the people I suspected to be good werent and the ones that was good isnt as good as one wishes. Which annoys me, it's quite obvious to me who the murderer was after like a few episodes, but also like Dan Tae i kinda want to punch him in the face. Like I knew he was shady like from the get go, but also like the very beginning I kinda wished he was a better man to be honest, they looked so sweet in the first episode until Seo Jin get her hand all over him.

But in all honesty, Yoon Chul deserves better than toxic Eun Byul and Seo Jin tbh, (And yes Ive seen the second season as far as I could. I also feel like Yoon Hui was being judged way harder than she deserved to because of the death of Seol Ah. I feel like sure she killed someone, and all that, but it to begin with was a drunken desprate mistake. And all she wanted was for her daughter to get a chance in life, because she's born to be just her daughter.

At first I gravely disliked Ro Na, because she was in all honesty such an asshole towards her mother, then again she a teenager, but she's also extremly cocky in ways that's annoying, but then again she carries the talent for it, which also proves that she's truly Yoon *Hui's daughter. I was kinda expecting Ro Na to be Yoon Chul, and we'll see with the second season for sure.

At the end I do really appricate Ro Na because she's starting to see what it's truly about and that she knows that her mother is innocent is also a big god yes, and the relationship between Seok hoon and her, is so cute, I truly wish for them to have a future.

The role I came to hate and love the most at the same time is Logan Lee, in all honesty he annoys me enough for me to hate him and I love that about him when he shows up as the gym teacher, I knew when he got there that it's clearly logan Lee, but in all honesty he took me through a loop. But also if he loves his sister so damn much, why didnt he give her money, why didn't he help her? why was she so poor, when he was so rich? And if she's so important to him he would have made money rain on her. His parents clearly dont' have much to say. But oh well.

The side characthers crack me up. I get more and more respect for them each passing episode.

As my headline, Kim Soo Hyun ending the show, can we just let our hearts burst? Why was he so fucking sexy, though??
When he stood on the steps and just looked like a freaking god, I felt every part of me being on fire.

Also, can we just take a minute to thank Sulli for her last ever appearance in drama before her passing. Rest in Peace, sweetie.

Now to the important stuff, I adore IU, but this show hasn't gotten the right appreciation for the males in the show.
Yeo Jin Goo, Pyo ji Hoon, Shin Jung Keun, Kang Hong Suk, Lee Do Hyun, Lee Tae Sun and Jo Hyun Chul.

I'm going through each of the males because I have a lot to say: (Also I'm saving the ones I have most to speak to the last).

Sanchez (Jo Hyun Chul): I felt for him when he lost his girlfriend. Honestly, I thought she was cheating or something. Most of the time, I felt like he was very much in love with his girlfriend, who also seemed imaginary, but when Chan Sung sees her in Sanchez house and knowing that she's already gone, Oh my lord my heart almost combusted because I felt for him, and her. And I realized it was a great side storyline; it made me very sad for Sanchez, though.

Sa Shin (Kang Hong Suk): Honestly, this grim reaper is like the most compassionate I've ever seen (Well, let's not talk about Lee Dong Wook's Grim reaper in Goblin). Sa Shin is most definitely in the same league, but also, I like how he had a funny side to him, especially when he was drinking with Sun Bi.

Kim Sun Bi (Shin Jung Keun): Okay, this back story had me so sad, how he was screwed over and made to look like not con artist but a fraud. Having his past cleared up and for him to move on. And also to be a hell of a bartender.
He was one of the funniest, always putting his foot in it, and being proud thinking he's done so well.

Ji Hyun Joong (Pyo Ji Hoon): I want to give him a big applaud. We've been told his entire story from the beginning, and he had his goals, but when he falls for the soul trapped inside the body of Yoo Na. They are adorable, he's funny and very supportive towards her because she's supposed to be dead. But he also has a goal that when his sister dies, he'll pass over with her, and that broke my heart so hardcore.

Yun Woo (Lee Tae Sun): This death was like the worst one for sure. I cried with him, and I cried with Man wol, who cried for him. He was the best brother and friend to her, and he loved her as only a sibling would, yet they weren't related, but he really proved that family isn't based on blood. But how you treat someone. And the fact that Man Wol gets to meet him in the present time and he's dating her enemy, that even made me angry. I wished for Man Wol and Yun Woo to have more interaction in the current time. But she only really looks over him, but I can tell she wants more but never takes the step for it. And the fact that he finds her familiar breaks my heart.

Go Chung Myung (Lee Do Hyun): Can we just take a minute, I have to have a minute.

The fact that he stayed next to Man Wol for those thousands and thousands of years. Because he loves that much, it got me so hard. It makes me teary-eyed just thinking about it. Their story was one that really grasped me, no matter how much he had to hurt her, it was so obvious how much loved her. Even when he betrayed her, he did everything for her sake, when he had Yun Woo's life taken away it was all to protect Man Wol, and their love story breaks me because she hated him for all that time. And just wanted revenge, when he was there watching her hate him. He took his punishment just to be close to her. I had the theory that Chan Sung was the reincarnated Chung Myung, but it was just Chang Myung showing the man that was about to fall in love with the love of his life why she's like she is. Chung Myung is the hero of this drama for sure. And his love made me really fall for this drama—also the right actor for the role.

Goo Chan Sung (Yeo Jin Goo):
To start with, I felt like Jin Goo wasn't really right for the role, but at the same time, now one couldn't have done this role as well as he did. (I think he looked way too young for the age he was trying to portray). As I said earlier, I thought for a long that Chan Sung was Chung Myung, and by the looks of it, so did Man Wol, even though she hoped it wasn't so. She was right. But Chan was really the start of the drama, he showed compassion, reality checking, optimism. Also, he was a hell of a good friend to his friends. It's sad he had been slandered and hurt before, but it also made him into Chan Sung. The fact that he helps Sanchez see his dead girlfriend for the last time, and also comes to terms with the tiger and being able to see ghosts. And the fact that he'd go to heaven to see Man Wol if he had too. He becomes a beacon and is really the hero of the show.

I'm noy going to lie, love IU as a fiesty woman, she really made me happy this show. (The whole Scarlet heart feel, but a bit more bitter.)
