I totally understand and I'm fine with discussing already aired episode. But seriously nobody even asked for a spoiler, why do some people like to ruin it for others. You want some attention just because you read the novel? Unless asked pls don't share 😩
We have to be reminded that in episode 1 RenDi told LX that ZY is getting married. He's jealous that's why he's extra rude to her. I keep replaying that up and down look he gave her when they were waiting for the elevator. His character is really not for sensitive souls, otherwise you'd cry. He looks at her almost as if with disdain 😂, good thing ZY understands him well and always can see pass his crankiness.

Gao literally said LX doesn't own a single share in L&P. He can dissolve the partnership, the 50% itself already makes it plausible, but most importantly LX left him to be legal executor of the whole company, so he really can make decisions on both their behalf. So yes, LX is cheated out of L&P. I am assuming the buy-out is referred to half of what Gao has, because LX is entitled still to half of Gao's equity now. But it seems legally speaking, on the equity structure of L&P, Gao only registered his name (as if he is representing both LX and himself).
i know LX already suffered for losing his mother, sister, company, and lover. but i really want him to suffer…
I respectfully disagree 😅. I think it's good for all our hearts that we didn't get many episodes of LX in prison with him suffering. I think LX treated her that way and said those things because of the fact that he knows exactly how great her love is for him. ZY is literally like a glue stuck to LX. Even with all charades he did (with XuLina and with ZY's parents), ZY remains steadfast in giving him a chance and staying with him. If LX showed even a slight hint or indication that he cares for her, there's no way way ZY would leave and move on, and she will suffer even more. He really did have to go the drastic way to push her away.
The way I understood what happened with L&P. Gao got 50% (previous ZY shares) and was made as legal executor also of LX other 50%. He sold the medical software to use as start up fund for the gaming business. It seems like he dissolved the previous partnership between him and LX and reregistered the company and then took other investors as well (including FZJ). So now LX doesn't hold any shares.
It's a bit confusing as he also refers to the money offer (episode1) to LX as 'buyout' when he did say LX holds no shares in L&P now. I am assuming now there is still legal repercussions to him selling the medical software and he legally owes LX money. I hope the the revenge comes fast, because I feel so frustrated, I cannot bear the injustice of it all
thank god it's only a few minutes/episode with LiXun in prison. My heart is not able to take seeing proud LX suffering and looking pathetic. I literally feel rage seeing Gao and FZJ, specially when they address L&P as 'their' company. I hope the payback comes soon!!!

Yes, he did. But it's still different if he was free. I'm thinking related to that scene where it shows 'LOSER' on the screen. I'm imagining that's a virus from Gao or LZJ that he couldn't fix because of the 3yr knowledge gap.

So excited for the new episode. This feels like two drama in one, it has far exceeded all my expectations. If they deliver Part2 as good as Part1, this might really be my top 2022 drama! and trust me I have seen so many this year (Kdrama, Cdrama, Jdrama and Thaidramas)
They made Li Xun much more likeable in the drama lol and overall up until latest episode I prefer the adaptation…
Me too. I started browsing into the novel and didn't like it that much. I very much prefer my drama version LZ and ZY. I didn't wanna mix up the feels between both source. I actually even regret looking into the novel. I dropped it so my headcannon for the characters is the drama version. :)
