A lot of hate on this show which i understand perfectly but isn't this the main theme of the story, a person like jade is also adorned by someone who is possibly not at his reach/level. As a novel reader this is not the justice for the novel but i think they could have turned down jade's exaggerating attitude which i remember was not shown that much in the novel. But yea people like them also exist irl i have also come across such so this could also make sense. In ep4 that falling on the floor is a perfect example of not a main character feels which i relate to a lot. I overall enjoy here and there.
