That is so incredibly mean. I'd take a "bloated potato" who can act over a plastic surgery face who can't act any day. Korea already has huge issues with lookism, and saying that he should get plastic surgery if he wants to be a male lead is part of the problem. Also, i think he's cute. You realize that attractiveness is subjective, right?

I think it's important to remember that Albert likes Jang-mi, not Geum-bo. The real Geum-bo is actually quite prickly, nerdy, and by-the-book. Remember, her nickname is "The Witch." She's a much better match for President Shin.

We finally have an ML with actual flaws and a personality and everyone hates him. This is why male leads have been so freaking boring lately, I guess.

But, even with all that, the post-time skip scene was terribly done. I could have written a more satisfying scene in five seconds. It's like everything they could do to undermine any romance between the second couple, they did. Which I don't think was supposed to be the purpose of that scene?

What the FRICK was that ending for the second leads? Did they intentionally set out to write the most unsatisfying conclusion they could think of?

I feel like the chemistry they had in the first two eps is just completely gone and I don't care about them as a couple anymore.

I really wish that Ha-yeong were the FL

IMO the FL makes him dumber.

It wouldn't necessarily be inconsistent, it would show that he has no idea what the heck he wants (which imo is true)

Other dramas have done this, though, with the same result: 2ML realizes he liked the FL all along, no one roots for the 2ML with the FL and everyone just ends up resenting him.

It's more likely that Seon-u is going to realize how much Ha-yeong meant to him after she's gone, because that's exactly what happened with Da-rim.

Hopefully her giving up will make him realize what he's missing and go after her
