No, but Ohm's acting in the last part of this episode when they fight? Wonderful. He was mad, desperate, and he actually managed to make me feel threatened.
Seung Yoo's puppy love for his teacher is kinda getting out of hand, our teacher Soo Jung should really draw the line with him. He doesn't realize how his actions appear in front of others and she doesn't even try to stop him. I mean, I fervently hope that Soo Jung isn't in love with him, but heck they're really making it easy for others to frame them. I can't wait for the four years skip, cause I'm suffering right now.
Tbh I don't care what Xue Tang's excuses are, the truth is that he abandoned them all; his wife, the woman he loved, his son, his brother and the rest of the family and the servants. So fuck it, he can do whatever in the next ten episodes, but I'm not gonna forgive him. The only good thing he did disappearing was leaving an opportunity to Cui Xi and Liang Gong to fall in love.
It weirdly reminds me of Death Note, especially Jung Jin Soo reminds me of Light Yagami a lot with his high level manipulation and his wish to create a world without sinner that then evolves in a God complex.
Don't be misled by the teacher-student taboo romance. It's anything but. It's really more of a show like Good…
It does happen, but then it switch from this to what physics223 had said. Then from the end of episode 3 it seems that the ML develops a crush on the FL, but she doesn't reciprocate the feelings. I guess the actual romance will start in episode 5/6 after the four year skip, but the main themes are those physics223 had stated.
I love our FL a lot, but I agree that isn't appropriate for her, as a teacher, to spend that much time alone with a student, even if she only want to help him. And from the preview of episode 4, we can see that both of our leads decided to ignore the warning and went to Jeju Island together and I just know that it's gonna backfire so bad that it will hurt. I suppose that between episode 4 and 5 this arc will come to a end and we will skip to four years later. I'm kind of scared for it, but also I can't wait because for once I'm really invested in their dynamics.
Also idk what's going on with the FL and her boyfriend, because they seem to actually care for each other, but then they never listen when the other one is talking. Even without all that's gonna happen with the sexual scandal, I don't think their relationship would have lasted long lmao.
RuFeng and ShuFang better get married in the next episode cause it's getting stressful to look at them break up all the time, I need to have at least one of my ship to be together and happy ðŸ˜
Tbh, even I loved both seasons, I agree with you. They could have done better, especially in the romance department. Like, all the misunderstandings the couples had could have been resolved in a matter of seconds if only they had talked to each others. I nearly got angry with the development they gave to Kim Jun Wan and Lee Ik Soon and I'm still wondering what the heck was that. It was so childsh I almost believed those episodes were a fever dream and it kind of ruined the characters a bit for me. Even so, I enjoyed this second season and the first one will always be one of my favorite drama ever.
Exactly my thoughts!! They had such good chemistry, but episode 16 is just- 🥲
I would be too heartbroken if at the end the two of them won't have an happy ending... I'm already so sad for Qiao'er and worried for RuFeng and ShuFang, I don't think I can take more tragedy than this...
This guy surely knows how to pick his drama scripts. And meanwhile he managed to become a wonderful actor. Prop to him, I'm looking forward his future works.
